A fine experienceFirst of all lets just say that if you urgently need an MRI youre not going to want to hoof it through a large hospital.  This office which now goes by the name of Rayus luckily had an entrance within 20 feet of parking and a waiting room within 10 feet of the front door.I already had high regard for them from setting up my appointment as it was lastminute and needed a conference call with my insurer and me in order to ensure payment.  No problemI was in and out quickly with a CD of images to give to the specialists.  The only real challenge of the day was trying to find a CD reader so I could copy over the images and play radiologist on my own PC.Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful.  Radiologist quickly interpreted the images and I was able to get report via a secure web portal.  And Im recovering well.Nice work Rayus people  Just one followup  please please make your billing experience as top notch as your medical services.

Avoid this place at all costs.  This review should have zero stars.  They will bait and switch the cost of your procedure.  It happened to me as well as several other folks who posted almost the same situation Im dealing with now.  60+ days post procedure now new charges and bills are appearing.  When I called billing about this I was given the normal run around and somehow its my fault even though I paid the full amount the day of my procedure.  This was a cash transaction no insurance.  I repeat avoid this place at all costs.

I cried during my MRI the technician was awful. She didnt take my PTSD seriously and showed up later AFTER my medication wore off. I hate this place she shouldnt have a job. Fuck this place.

I have had exceptional experiences here and always ask my doc to call in my MRI here they always try to send me to another place. The administration staff is so helpful to chase up approvals and squeeze me in they called yesterday with a cancellation and got me in 3 days early to ensure Id be set before an orthopedic surgeon apt.  The guy who did the MRA injection and his assistant were exceptional helped talk me through the entire procedure and calmed my nerves? and the woman running the MRI machine so kind and caring. I would not go anywhere else 110% thrilled w my experience. Keep up the fabulous work you have amazing staff and continue to be innetwork for Blue Shield and Cigna

My wife was not going to get an MRI as her foot didnt hurt as much and was on the mend.  However the MRI center said it would only be $75 for the MRI.  My wife proceeded with the MRI and we just got the bill 2 months later and it was $160.  We called the office and they denied the amount and sent us to billing who were rude and horrible and said talk to our insurance.  The MRI center did run our insurance to give us the original rate and wouldnt do anything about the bill.  The company basically gave us a low quote to get us in the door and then billed a lot higher of a rate.  Horrible service and take your business elsewhere

This is my second MRI here and I highly recommend going here if you have to get an MRI. The staff goes above and beyond to schedule quickly and efficiently. They are friendly kind and professional. Authorization was seamless because of their efficiency. The patient care during the MRI by the tech was respectful and the MRI itself competently done. Easy peasy. And during Covid felt very safe.

Went in to get my first ever MRI and the technician was very nice and answered all my questions with no hesitation. Also felt great as soon as I walked in I could see how clean the facility was. Back area restroom changing room super clean Staff was great Thank you

Very helpful professional and friendly staff after the scan I was informed about how long itd take to get a report and how to make sure we could speed up the whole process so that the results could get reviewed by a doctor as soon as possible. I sure hope I dont need another scan soon but if I did Id definitely come back here.

This place is the best MRI place. I dont normally use yelp but unfortunately I have been here like 6 times. They normally get you in very soon the mri technicians are nice and helpful and the front desk staff makes it easy. They also make it super easy for you to get a disc or report of your exam.
