This doctor is be far the best I've ever seen, and I have sent patients from work to his practice for 20 years. Never a complaint. Really a terrific doctor and a very nice man. Even though he is clearly very busy, once he's in the room with you you are his only patient.

Went to see Dr Payne after I had taken a bad fall and landed on my back.He was very caring and knowledgeable and instead of rushing me off to physical therapy he gave me directions on doing simple heat and stretching exercise to release the muscles and ligaments. It worked.He listened to all my concerns and spent a long time with me. Thank you Dr Payne. I'll be back.

Watch out the billing practice! There should not be any co-pay for annual checkup. Dr. Payne's office collects the co-pay upfront (contrary to the insurance guidelines) and promises to return it later based on what's been discussed with the Dr. During the visit, Dr asks the patient a question from the patient's history on the file. This changes the annual checkup to a normal visit (since something else was discussed) and qualifies the Dr to code it accordingly so they get to keep the co-pay! I find this practice totally unethical and an unfortunate distrust of a family physician for a nominal economical gain.

You can definitely tell that he cares about his patients. His wait times are sort of long simply because he wants to give each person the time that they need. Would highly recommend!

this doc seemed to be always finding ways to cut corners as if he was in an HMO or something e.g. had a bad cold and he just gave me some OTC meds. didn't work so i went to diff doc in same bldg and he gave me 3 scripts and a shot.

Went in to remove a wart on my foot. I requested laser removal and Dr. Payne said that it was a waste of money and gave me treatments that didn't work. Long story short, I wasted my money coming to Dr. Payne and found another doctor that used laser treatment. My warts are now gone, Dr. Payne was wrong and should listen to his patients more!

Terrible office and doctor. Dr. Payne and his staff have no respect for the patients time or needes. Poor diagnosis and a wait time of about 90 minutes past your scheduled appointment. This doctor is all about his ego and the Money.
