Met Dr. Goldklang in the ER. He took good care of my needs that day. After many test he performed a surgery to improve my overall health. He continues to follow my case. His staff is most efficient. Still getting used to the portal idea.

Very disappointing. No one will talk to you and tell you the results of your tests. This is the worst medical service I have ever experienced.I had several biopsies performed and no information about them!!!! Find a different doctor.

Very knowledgeable and personable gentleman. Pleasant office staff as well. The staff was on the ball and obtained an authorization for me to have a requested test.

Absolutely ridiculous!! I've been calling for over a week. Left four messages, no call back. Been hung up and transferred to numerous voicemails. Ken is the most unprofessional representative I've EVER encountered. I've had several problems when trying to schedule before and although I have no issues with the doctors in the office, the staff is horrendous. Truly do not care about the health of patients!

Colposcopy and endoscopy experience was as enjoyable as those things can be. Staff was amazing in their thoroughness, ability to listen and thoughtfulness at the Endoscopy Center and Dr. Goldklang got right to the facts while still being amiable

Extremely rude, uncaring, unprofessional front office staff who hung up on me twice and never even called back despite me being MID QUESTION. If that's the first face I see at an office, I don't even want to know what the doctors are like. Awful.

Had my colonoscopy yesterday. What a nicely run office. Receptionist, nurse, anesthesiologist, and the doctor himself. I really appreciated the care I was given. Everyone was professional and kind. I'm so happy to have very good care close by. Thanks to each and everyone of you for a successful procedure and caring experience. Much appreciated
