Saad Juma's Online Review Report Card

This office is absolutely the worst. I went there many times a few years ago because I was really sick with kidney issues. Dr. Juma's beside manner is not great, and they are always running 1-2 hours behind for 10 minutes with the doctor. No apologies offered, and he blames the fact that he is so behind on his patients. He never found an answer or a solution to what I had been experiencing, and my pain was always minimized. I would NEVER recommend anyone to go here, and the only reason I kept going back is because I didn't know where else to go and I was really really sick. What finally pushed me to write this review is the fact that I am now trying to get my records from them in order to see another urologist, and despite several requests and phone calls, they have not sent the records.

I am not sure why there are some bad reviews. My experiences with Dr Juma and his staff have been great. They are very nice and make what could be an uncomfortable experience, pleasant. Dr Juma is very professional and thorough. He is kind and easy to get a long with.

Waited 45 minutes without any communication about delays. Dr. took multiple personal calls including two personal calls in the exam room!

A disaster. Running almost 90 minutes late and did not seem to care. Poor listening and communication skills. Had his own focus. Will not return.

I was in shock after the rude and disrespectful treatment of Dr. Juma. He became angry that I had questions to ask and told me to be quiet of just leave. His quote, “it’s my way or the highway” told it all. After the exam, I was finishing the paperwork in the room and he yelled at me, “Are you still here?” Who treats patients like that? He said he has been doing this too long and that is one thing I can strongly agree on. Don’t go there… ever! Let’s see if they take this post down also.

A very competent specialist. Provides plenty of time for discussions and is respectful and extremely knowledgeable. Have been seeing him for nearly five years after having kidney stones.

Dr Juma Is approachable, listens, kind, compassionate. He really does care. Great sense of humor

I had a very complicated hard to diagnose problem. And where other drs wouldve given up a said it was in my head he kept trying to locate my issue. He saved my life by listening to my concern and believing me when I said something was wrong. You'll wait forever to see him but it's worth the wait.
