I had a very complicated hard to diagnose problem. And where other drs wouldve given up a said it was in my head he kept trying to locate my issue. He saved my life by listening to my concern and believing me when I said something was wrong. You'll wait forever to see him but it's worth the wait.

The worst experience ever. How this doctor manages to have any patient is beyond me. You wait forever to meet a rude individual who offers to apology, no empathy, and no viable medical advice. His assistance is not much better. Don’t waste your time with this guy. He is full of himself. While I have a lot of respect for doctors, he has shaken that belief.

This was easily the worst doctor's visit I have ever experienced. Dr. Juma was over an hour late to my appointment time. When he finally entered the room, the was very abrupt and rude. He cut me off as I was listing symptoms, did not provide any type of diagnosis, and decided to prescribe antibiotics. The nurse said I had high blood pressure. When I asked Dr. Juma what I can do about it, he said the machines they use are inaccurate, and that I should bring it up to my PCP. What a joke. I saw the doctor for no more than 7 mins. If this is the kind of care Genesis Healthcare provides, I will be sure to take all of my health issues to any other group.
