List of Steve Dilaur's Reviews
Yesterday I had a colonopospy performed by Dr. Dilauro. From my first meeting with Dr. Dilauro, discussing the need for the procedure, everything went well. The staff were efficient, helpful and conscientious. The facility was excellent. The procedure went well in every respect. There was no discomfort after the procedure. Due to the efficiency of the staff, from the time I arrived and left was about 2 hours. Dr. Dilauro was highly recommended by friends, and, considering my experience, I also would highly recommend Dr. Dilauro.
Extraordinary competence and patience to answer questions. Listening skills off the charts. Nice genuine caring person who cares about his patients
Really nice guy, however showed little interest in finding out what was wrong. Did tests, no reply, no follow up.
I really liked this Dr. He is smart, thorough and has a good sense of humor. The wait time is decent and his staff is pleasant and informative. He worked with me on an existing condition and my outcome is super positive. Highly recommend.
This is my secound colonoscopy with this doctor. My first one was 5 years ago. It was very painful and I said so during the procedure even though I was supposed to be out of it My latetst procedure today I told bothe the doctor and the nurse that I experienced pain the first time and that I did not want that for this time. They told me not to worry they were using a different seditve and a smaller probe. Well this precedure was way worse, so painful I will never go back angain.

He ignores your request to be pain free. Then says oh well!
Dr. DiLauro is the kindest, most professional, honest doctor. He listens and genuinely cares. He takes the time to thoroughly explain your conditions, options, what you can do for yourself, and his recommendations for professional treatments. He helps you empower yourself to take responsibility. I would highly recommend him to anyone!! If all doctors were as diligent about telling you how you can be proactive in your own health care we would greatly reduce the need for health care overall.
I like doctors who listen and shows some empathy for the patient, that is Dr. Dilauro. A colonoscopy is no walk in the park, but he cares about what he is doing, you can't ask for more.
Dr. Dilauro has wonderful bedside manner, is caring, professional knowledgeable. The staff at the endoscopy clinic were truly wonderful. The nurses were very sweet, caring and assuring. My appointment could not have gone better. In and out in 2 hours and everything went as promised. I will see you guys again in 5 years (and I hope by then I won't remember the disgusting liquid prep). Can't you guys come up with a pill and then we just drink some water? Seriously, it is hideous.
Dr. DiLauro is by far one of the best physicians I have ever had. He doesn't judge and is always open to listening to your questions and ideas and sha ...

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
