As a nurse, I would strongly warn others to think twice... PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION!!! I don't write reviews like this lightly--but after everything we experienced at CCRH, I feel a responsibility to speak up. I'm a nurse and a fertility coach. I understand how critical details, timing, and communication are in this process. What we experienced here was not just frustrating--it was medically unacceptable. To be fair, our experience with Dr. Woo was positive. She was thorough, attentive, and someone we trusted. The problems started with staff errors and became significantly worse after our care was transferred to Dr. Mor. Early on, I caught a medication mistake where the instructions we were given did not match what the doctor had actually ordered. If I hadn't caught it, it could have completely ruined our cycle. Patients should not have to double-check their care at that level. From there, things continued to unravel. We spent weeks coordinating additional treatments before a transfer, only for the clinic to mishandle the timing and waste the entire service--with no accountability or reimbursement. During a critical post-transfer moment, staff repeatedly interrupted a medical treatment for trivial reasons. It felt disorganized and careless during a time that should be protected and precise. Things became even more concerning during our surrogate journey. A required lab test was never properly ordered, causing a missed window that likely cost us the entire cycle. Instead of taking responsibility, blame was placed on the surrogate. We were even encouraged to consider replacing her--as if that's a simple or affordable decision. When I pushed for additional testing to make sure everything was being done correctly, I was told it wasn't necessary. I insisted anyway--and it revealed major issues that had been completely missed. Issues that directly explained why the transfer failed: uterine inflammation and progesterone was pre-receptive. We then spent months trying to fix those problems, only to be met with dismissiveness and a lack of communication. Our questions went unanswered. Calls were not returned. At one point, it felt like we were being avoided altogether. We eventually sought care elsewhere with Dr. Woo, who immediately identified what had been missed and gave us clear answers. We now have a baby on the way because of that decision. Even after leaving, the experience hasn't improved. CCRH has still not provided our embryo reports despite multiple requests. We've been told they were sent (they weren't), told they were in the portal (they weren't), and then met with silence when we followed up again. These are basic medical records that patients have a right to access. Patients should also be aware that CCRH and Dr. Mor have been associated with serious issues involving embryo mix-ups. I have also heard concerns from other clinics about past lab practices, which I cannot independently verify--but given our experience, it raises real concern. This is not just a bad customer service experience. This is a place where details are missed, accountability is lacking, and communication breaks down in situations where it matters most. Fertility treatment is too important--and too expensive--to risk on a clinic that operates this way. I would not recommend CCRH to anyone and will actively encourage others to seek care elsewhere.

We love Dr. Mor, his incredible nurses, and other staff! We have been with him since 2021 when he helped us conceive our daughter after years of infertility struggles and two failed IVF cycles. He figured out why the other cycles were unsuccessful and his expertise and implemented changes led me to have my most successful IVF cycle ever. We went back to him to implant our other embryo, and it was a success, but unfortunately resulted in a miscarriage. Dr. Mor was kind and compassionate following our miscarriage and talked us through what he believed happened and helped us come up with a plan that would help prevent another future miscarriage. I did another IVF cycle with him to gather an embryo to implant, and was worried it would be unsuccessful as I was now 38 years old and my AMH level had lowered. However, I had another successful cycle with him that resulted in six embryos, three of which were normal after PGT testing. I have now graduated from the clinic pregnant with a baby girl and feel so grateful to him for helping us have a family. We also had good experiences with Dr. K and Maria his nurse practitioner who gave us great ultrasounds and always took wonderful images of the baby.

I highly recommend Dr.Mor and his staff for fertility treatments. I started with this office by freezing my eggs and the experience was amazing. I remember when I first called to make an appointment it was easy, even though I was scared. They did not make me feel like I was an insurance claim or just another patient. Yvonne, Erica, Vanessa, Jocelyn and the rest of the staff ALL made me feel welcomed. This journey is different for everyone, but having a Doctor and a staff that are highly knowledgeable and supportive makes a world of a difference. As a result of Dr. Mor's dedication to his profession and his commitment to learn new and innovative skills, I have a baby boy. I am truly grateful for everyone in this office for making my dream come true. Thank you!!

Dr. Mor and his staff are gems! Everytime I go see them it makes me feel like I’m going to see my family. They always welcome me with open arms, answer my 100000 questions with grace and compassion and that’s so rare to find nowadays, especially in healthcare. This is my second time around with a successful transfer and if I can recommend one place it would be here. My NP who would see me fot check ups is AMAZING with her bright smile and positive energy. If I can give them 10 billion stars I would.

Where do I start? This office is filled with loving and caring staff who welcomes you with open arms at your most vulnerable times. The front desk staff, the nurses, the office manager and don't get me started with my fave NP. Dr. Mor is just the cherry on top to a great establishment. Thank you all, always!

There are not enough words to truly express how grateful I am for Dr. Mor. From the moment I met him, I felt a sense of peace and trust that is so rare to find in a doctor. Surgery is one of the most vulnerable moments a person can go through, and Dr. Mor treated me with such compassion, patience, and genuine care. He took the time to explain everything, answer every question, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident. His skill, professionalism, and kindness go far beyond what you would normally expect. You can truly tell that he cares deeply about his patients and the work he does. Dr. Mor didn’t just perform a surgery — he changed my life. I will forever be grateful for his hands, his heart, and the incredible care he provided. If you are considering trusting someone with your health, I cannot recommend Dr. Mor enough. He is truly exceptional.

For the past 15 months, CCRH has truly felt like a second home to me. My infertility journey was long and incredibly challenging, but every visit to the office brought a sense of comfort and reassurance that I was moving closer to achieving my dream. Throughout the entire year of ups and downs, I never once felt anxious or hesitant about any appointment. Instead, each visit left me feeling supported and hopeful. The entire team at CCRH is absolutely incredible. The nurses are beyond wonderful. They’re compassionate, supportive, and always so caring. Every single person in the office made me feel like they were rooting for me every step of the way. Being under the care of Dr. Mor and Dr. Koopersmith gave me so much confidence and peace of mind. They both truly care about their patients and it was clear that their greatest goal was helping me achieve my dream of becoming pregnant. Which I currently am pregnant with my miracle baby. My graduation day from the clinic was very emotional. I was so happy to finally reach this milestone, but it was also bittersweet knowing I wouldn’t be seeing my doctors, nurses, and the amazing CCRH staff as often. I am incredibly grateful for every single one of them and I look forward to seeing everyone again when I decide to continue my journey again in growing my family.
