i had a visit for a treadmill test everything when very well the office was clean and pleasant  the front office employers were very professional and  nice i waited few minute  then the nurse called me i followed her to a office barely the size of a large closed the first thing  i noticed was how hot it was in this tiny room i begins to overheat  very quickly and  sweat dripping on my face i looked around and notice  two fans in the office one on the floor why ?? and a black one facing the gurney more likely to cool the equipment not for the patient   it is obvious they knew the  air conditioned was not working i process to mention the air was not  working and if they expected me to be on the treadmill  with no air and wearing a mask? i also have mild COPD the nurse replied yes i say can i use the the treadmill without the mask? i am fully vaccinated she reply i dont know i say i dont thing i should do this test under this circumstance i may go home .she processed to get another lady to whom i explained politely how i feel about the situation and reiterate this is crazy to run on a treadmill  wearing a mask without any ventilation air working she say well let see if the doctor will ok it .few minute later a doctor enter the room borderline aggressive with a attitude and immediately begin to lecture  me because my mask was not adjusted properly and i need to use there mask he said if i dont wear there mask a mask i cannot take the test i try to explain to him that the air is not working and i was very concern about taking the test wearing a mask with no ventilation.he reply he has no control how the building run the air no control ? have the air fixed and provide a safe and pleasant environment for his patient should be a primary concern.he say almost yelling you wear the mask and take the test yes or no shame on him talking to me or any patient that way i live  60 miles  away and the next appointment was two month away i decided to take the test without adequate ventilation the treadmill was easy but i had to stop early  due to over heating and  difficulty to breath because of the mask and  the extremely poor air ventilation  .i think CCMG should retrained this doctor to treat the patient with dignity and respect regardless of the issue and  keep there office maintenance up to date.i give only 3 stars due to this poor doctor attitude and  cooling system not working.

I had angiogram angioplasty yesterday with Drs Leo Kassabian and Ashish Aggarwal.  I am very impressed the way these doctors carried on the procedure.  I am delighted to let you know that I did not have any chest pain since after the procedure in the morning of May 27 2021 up to this writing.Before the procedure I always have chest pain on a daily basis which lasted for almost 2 hours.  The pain even woke me up at times.Aside from the Drs Kassabian and Aggarwal I would like to commend nurse Kim and the special procedure tech Vince and Mark for making me feel very comfortable before the procedure.  The way they talk to me was very reassuring that i am in good handsThank you Drs Kassabian and Aggarwal for a  job well done you saved another life again  Thank you also to Nurse Kim and special procedure tech Vince MarkGod bless you and your chosen profession

A few months ago i shared my thoughts on my admiration of the staff and Doctors at CCMG. Today I am writing again because I still feel the same. I am truly grateful to them especially Dr. Kassabian for making my fathers open heart surgery journey much less complicated by being patient informative caring understanding. From his initial visits to his post operation visits the same professionalism and consistent help wasis present. Thank you for being extremely great at what you guys do

The staffs work ethic needs improvement. I left a voicemail during lunch hour for a call back to schedule an appointment as a new patient. I never received a returned call. Seven hours later I called and got the answering service. At least they were apologetic about the situation. This facility lost a new patient. Moving onto the doctor in the same bldg haha..who has the better customer service receptionist. Remember return calls and customer service comes a long way

This review is long overdueThis is the best cardiology and cardiovascular medical group located in Encino Los Angeles California.When I first moved to Los Angeles 35 years ago I worked at Valley Presbyterian Hospital emergency room and knew of Dr. Tsakonas who had a reputation for being a great cardiologist. When my parents moved to Los Angeles 20 years ago and were looking for a cardiologist I remembered Dr. Tsakonas and felt lucky my parents who are greek immigrants could be his patients especially that he is of GreekAmerican descent and could converse in our language. I cant thank Dr. Tsakonas enough for the great care he gave and that he saved my dads life several times before my dad passed away 10 years ago.When my mom had a recent scare I was confident she was under his great care and he saved her life as well. He diagnosed my mom and quickly referredher to Dr. Steven Burstein and Dr. Abhishek Sinha in his office who are cardiovascular specialists and pioneers in the TAVR a heart procedure that they performed on my mom this month.Dr. Abhishek Sinha and Dr. Steven Burstein are both extremely knowledgeable professional thorough in explaining the procedure to my mom myself and my sisters with kindness patience and graceEveryone at their practice each staff member Delfina Stacy and all the medical techs are professional caring friendly and always available to answer any questions without rushing taking the time to listen to my moms and our familys concerns.I appreciate Dr Tsakonas Dr Sinha Dr Bernstein and all the staff at Cardiovascular Consultant officeThank you from the bottom of my and my familys heart❤️💕❤️

I usually call in to schedule appointments for my father. The lady who schedules his appointments over the phone is super helpful patient professional and kind. I admire the Doctors and the staff. They work well together as one team. I highly recommend this place

Dr. Wiener is a life saver literally. At 28 years old in 1990 as a LAPD officer I was in a foot pursuit and went into Cardiac Arrest. I was transported to Holy Cross and was saved by Dr. Weiner. I am happy to report 30 years later I live a very normal life with my AICD. I would recommend Dr. Wiener to anyone who has  a cardiac issue. He is the best.

WE received excellent care at Dr. Kassabians Encino office. The staff is friendly caring and accommodating. My mom was seen by Daneil Fazzino P.A. He was always available for her and made time even when he was engaged with other patients. Daniel is a great asset to this medical office.

This is a very efficiently run office. Went in for a heart test that could have taken up to 4 hours but they got me in and out in half the time. Everyone was very kind and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and that I understood everything that was going to happen with the test. They have some very nice people working there who helped make a difficult time in my life a little less stressful. I highly recommend using them if you need similar tests done.
