I searched for a long time to find the right clinic to help me with my hair loss issues. Had several appointments all over town and ended up choosing Concord. And wow!!! I'm glad I did. Their service was attentive and professional. They answered all my questions and concerns and set realistic expectations. The results were the best part, everything I hoped they would be. Thanks Dr Ben! I'll tell everyone about my experience here.

This is just MY experience with Concord. I'm a Black female that suffers from male pattern baldness. I had a consultation and the doctor said I would be a good candidate. I gave the $1,500 deposit and booked my surgery date. I drove from the Santa Clarita Valley to San Diego for the procedure. I didn't have the surgery because the assistant found a white flaky buildup on the back of my scalp which turned out to Seborrheic dermatitis. My issue is the doctor looked at the front of my scalp and immediately said I was a good candidate. I didn't notice or was experienced enough to know he should have done a full examination of my scalp... Which was his job to do. Unfortunately they shaved ALL of my hair before they noticed it. I left their office with no transplant, no hair, very little self esteem, cried most of the way home which was a three hour drive and they had the nerve to give me a very hard time when I wanted my deposit back. I actually had to report them to the Better Business Bureau to get most of my deposit back. This has been a horrifying experience for me. I saw the doctor's reply and again he NEVER looked at the back of my scalp. He wasn't even in the office when his assistants shaved my head. Before you decide to spend thousands of dollars go to the BBB website and you will see I'm not alone. I also have copies of text messages I can share to validate what I'm saying. Excellent medical services and care. I went for FUE Neograft information and the whole staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They actually recommended I did not need a procedure and just improve some things regarding my nutrition and to come back for a follow up. It shows that they actually care and aren’t just trying to close a deal. Highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Concord hair restoration. Dr. Mousavi and his staff were so friendly and accommodating throughout my whole experience.
