They always take amazing care of their patients and the office staff are also very kind

Conifer is part of the Exceptional Care group or vice versa.These people have been the absolute worst I have ever dealt with.First issue was that they referred me to an ENT over an hour away. According to them it was their only option. I accepted it since my sinus problems were really bugging me. ENT was great.Then upon requesting a referral to an allergy specialist began the big issue with them. I was first referred to a specialist in Long Beach also an hour away or an hour and a half away during peak hours. Again they swore it was the only doctor available. When I call to make an appointment I am told the doctor in the referral has not worked at that location for YEARS and that this was a pediatric place I AM 26 YEARS OLD I call back Conifer and Exceptional Care and MAGICALLY they find another specialist but now theyre in Santa Clarita also over an hour away. They swear its their only place they can refer me to. I nagged and said I could not make the drive.A month and a half later I received a referral to a specialist in Alhambra only a 20 minute drive. Then another issue came up When I call this specialist they say they dont do business with ConiferExceptional Care. For 3 weeks I was back and forth with the specialist and Conifer requesting the information. The personnel at the allergy specialist told me that Conifer requested an agreement to do business but there was a signature missing in the paper work but when they tried calling Conifer they never received any updates or call backs.Eventually I changed PCP which also changed my medical group.Its only been 3 weeks since I changed PCP and medical groups and I already have appointments for a new ENT and an allergy specialist only 20 minutes away.I HATED WORKING WITH THESE PEOPLE

They dont pay their bills a year later Im in collections over a copayment that they readily admit I do not owe but its still pending

Conifer also does business under Community Family Care Medical Group and they are terrible. The reps on the phones clearly dont know what they are talking about most of the time and actually sounds like they are guessing as they talk to youYour medical care is too valuable to trust to this palace of misinformation...if you can find somewhere else.
