List of Exer More Than Urgent Care's Reviews
I was put at ease and seen quickly on this and one other visit.Very profession and on target.
They were so efficient, polite and the Covid testing went very well!! I highly recommend Exer Urgent Care!
I had to visit Urgent Care this week because I fell once again. So not wanting to sit for hours in the emergency room at the hospital, my husband called to see if they could X-ray and they said yes. They took several pictures and called in a radiologist to read my results. No broken bones was my result.'I must say how fortunate Northridge is to have Exer Urgent Care in our neighborhood.
First of all, they let someone else who came after me into the room first. I filled out the paperwork way before her. Fine I let that go. (Not sure if it was cause I was the only Asian) Then they didn t give me any meds even though I said I was still experiencing symptoms. Tried to call them back and they just kept putting me on hold or not picking up. (Definitely on purpose cause they tried to lie there was a power outage I live here there s no power outage I m not dumb.)P.S. they don t treat anxiety so go to the ER is what I m told for any anxiety problems. Or wait for your PCP and suffer. Those are your two options. I was not even offered non-controlled medication like hydroxyzine to hold me over until I get seen by someone else. No one wants to drive around when they don t even feel well. They kept trying to say I m fine like dismissing me when I know for a fact that I m not feeling well. Mental health is not a reality at this clinic. What is the point of the urgent care if you just get deferred to another place?? I paid for my visit and now I have to pay for a second one?? Literally worse place ever! Very unprofessional. Never coming back here again. The most useless urgent care I ve been to ever.
Felt taken care of once I arrived. Staff was very friendly and quick to get me in. Went in to get staples removed my head from a previous injury but was taken care of well. Karissa (I believe that s how you spell her name) assisted in the staple removal, very friendly woman and knowledgeable. Definitely felt more at ease once she explained her knowledge and told me it shouldn t be too painful (it was totally fine I overreacted to how I would feel).
I ve usually had good experiences with Exer, but today I went in for food poisoning and they took a blood test they said would take only twenty minutes. It came back in twenty minutes and they said I needed an EKG and a retake of the blood test to see if the results were accurate. The second blood test took over an hour and fifteen minutes with nobody coming in the room to check in on me. It wasn t until I went to the desk and complained that the results suddenly instantly appeared and they said there was nothing wrong. Meanwhile I m sitting with painful nausea in the room waiting for my twenty minute results for four times the expected wait time without any updates or notification. I think they literally forgot I was there.
I've been to this location a few times ovthesyears and the experience at my visits have all been exactly how patients want to be treated. Samantha greeted me at the door and not only was she sweet and respectful but I felt a true concern when I explained what was going on. She explained the process and answered all my questions. Within 7 minutes I was called by a physician, Diana, she was so polite and listened, and also answered all my questions, and made feel comfortable. Great staff with great customer service, oh and the facility is so clean.I've referred all my co-workers here and now I am telling you review reader, this is the place you want to go and you won't have to deal with someone not listening to you or rushing you in and out or poor customer service or a Dr that makes you feel like there's more important matters to deal with. Thanks Exer and an extra thanks to Diana!
Everyone i interacted with was incredibly kind. i came in with a sudden skin condition? they treated me very quickly and i cleared up within days of being treated and prescribed medication. the staff were all so friendly and i was really anxious when i first got there and they made me feel more at ease
Excellent service and friendly folks at Exer Urgent Care.Made my visit a lot smoother.Thank you!
My experience with EXER in obtaining a Covid-19 test was excellent. Great staff and quick results.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
