This office's front staff is appalling. Apparently they only have 1 line, there is no other way to get in contact with the Dr or the office. If the staff answers the call at all they immediately put you on hold, I've waiting a total of 30 minutes on hold from one phone call. When you ask to speak to the dr or office manager apparently no one is available. Clearly the Dr doesnt care about his patients or frankly anyone who calls their office.

The Sun Valley office staff is a joke. I had to wait 50 minutes for them to fax over a form to my doctors office when they said it would only take 30. After calling in to check up on my fax they still hadn't sent it over. I called back another 15 minutes later to check up and they were not picking up my call. When I finally got through it seemed like they just answered the phone so it could stop ringing and left the phone on the table. I could hear them chatting in the background and had the radio playing but they would not come to the phone. After I hung up and had to harass them for another 5 minutes they finally sent the fax. They are very unprofessional here, they don't seem like they care nor know what they are doing. I am switching as soon as I can. Just the most awful front desk girls from any establishment I have ever been to. They are so lazy and incompetent. The doctors and nurses were helpful though, I wish they would find a better office staff.

She is a fly band night doctor and does not care about anyone I would not go back to her if my life depended on it oh, why people like this become.and they keep doctors I don't know she should find a new career maybe a cashier?

I wish I could give 0 to this review. The Sun Valley office is a mess starting with front desk! Horrible customer service , the staff think they're in a park having conversations instead of helping patients. The MD doesn't even stay in the room for one minute to see you . Takes forever to get you in and you don't even see the dr. To ask questions or get your answers. The only reason I still stayed was because of Dr. Talin, but she's no longer working there. Very disappointed that I spent my time on this facility. Will be changing my PCP today. Save your time and nerve and find someone else please.

Worst care ever , office is dirty and unorganized with no social distancing enforced whatsoever I have waited for over a month to get a prescription The receptionist are rude and unprofessional the doctor has zero bedside manner and spends no time with you at all I was recently diagnosed as a diabetic and have no idea what I'm supposed to do because I was told nothingStay away if you want to live

This is the worst facility i have been to. I have never been under such unprofessional care before. I cannot believe how horrible this facility is. I was on hold for forty five minutes and then hung up on. The front staff is rude and dismissive and the doctor does not even take the time to listen to me or my concerns about my health. I work in healthcare and the amount of care I provide is not compared to this whatsoever. these receptionists are so horrible and rude upon arrival and they refuse to offer any appointments. I have spoken with the Dr about certain concerns and she gives the same response saying that I am fine when I have been ill for over a year. DO NOT COME HERE!!! you will regret it and you will not be satisfied!

Exceptional and outstanding physician a rare kind in today's world she calls me after hours to tell me about lab results or MRI results (no I am not dying that's her norm) I completely forgot this kind of personal communication between the patient and the doctor I thought it's something of the old and gold past age but she still does that to her patients she gives her personal support and fights for her patients with the insurance something I didn't experience in years. Good job Dr. Javaherian God bless

Went in with my client (72 year old, under weight, mentally ill person) and had a terrible experience. The Md came in, wrote a Xanax prescription, didn't discuss side affects or risk factors to my client's health, barely made eye contact, gave us her back the whole time and walked out in under a minute.Incredibly CARELESS. In it for the money. Don't come here. There are professional and kind doctors elsewhere .
