Dr. Dhesi is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had!!! I am currently 7 weeks pregnant and I can’t recommend her enough. We specifically came to this clinic because of her reputation, and I am so glad we did!! We are so grateful! From the very first appointment, she made us feel heard and supported. She always answered all my questions thoroughly, no matter how many I had and explained everything in a clear and simple way. Dr. Dhesi is sweet, empathetic, and genuinely caring. She truly treats you like a person, not just a patient. All the nurses were so sweet too!! The entire team. A+. If you’re looking for a compassionate, expert doctor who goes above and beyond, Dr. Dhesi is the one. I would (and already have) recommended the clinic without hesitation!

Tingting and Catalina from FSAC are two of the most unprofessional, rude, and irresponsible people I have ever dealt with in a surrogacy journey. They take a portion of the service fee I paid for the surrogacy agency they referred me to, yet refuse to do the work they are paid for. When problems arise, they immediately deny involvement, push responsibility to the other company, and tell you to “go ask them instead and we are not involved” What follows is endless finger-pointing between companies, with no one taking accountability and no one willing to actually help. As an intended parent, when I faced serious issues during the surrogacy process, I had no one to raise my concerns to. Tingting and Catalina repeatedly told me they were “not involved,” even though I was clearly told that: • They were paid a portion to manage me as a client • The other agency managed the surrogate • The service fee was split between the two companies for this exact reason When I confronted them with this, instead of addressing the issue professionally, they became hostile, blocked me, and threatened legal action, claiming I was not allowed to speak about my experience due to a contract clause. This behavior alone says everything about how they operate. What makes this even worse is the bullying and discriminatory attitude. If you are Chinese and do not speak fluent English, they treat you as if you know nothing and can be pushed around. I am a living example of how badly they treat clients they believe won’t fight back. Their tone is dismissive, aggressive, and intimidating, and they show zero respect or empathy for intended parents going through an already emotionally exhausting process. From the very beginning of IVF all the way to delivery, this journey was extremely unpleasant, stressful, and traumatic, largely due to their behavior, attitude, and refusal to take responsibility. If you value transparency, accountability, and basic human decency, stay away from FSAC for IVF and surrogacy. No one should have to go through what I experienced.

Dr. Dhesi and her team are amazing! From the first online appointment request, communication was great and booking was easy. Their financial coordinator explained everything clearly, and every nurse and staff member was so kind and welcoming. Dr. Dhesi took her time to explain everything in detail and made us feel so supported. I’m so thankful for her care and guidance throughout the process. Highly recommend this office, everyone is compassionate, professional, and truly cares!

I did IVF with Dr. Amy S. Dhesi who I cannot recommend enough. She is the most incredible, supportive, thorough Doctor. We felt so well guided and cared for during our time in her care and are overjoyed to share our outcome of a a healthy pregnancy and additional healthy frozen embryos still waiting for us. We are so grateful. ❤️

Dr. Hubert was exceptional. He was detail-oriented and communicative while I was under his care. Fertility treatments can be very invasive and I was extremely nervous, but under Dr. Hubert's care I moved through the stimulation process with ease. I was initially annoyed by all the appointments, but that was his way of monitoring my hormone levels and confirming that I'm right where I need to be without overstimulating. He changed his approach a few times to ensure an easy recovery and I was back on my feet in 12 hrs. I am so grateful I found him.

Just want to give a heads up so that other people don’t make the same mistake as I did: FSAC will say that they “accept your insurance” and will even have you pay a copay after each visit, but they were not transparent with me about the cost of simple things like talking to the doctor and doing an ultrasound. A few months after my appointments I received a bill for hundreds of dollars because it turns out FSAC is out of network. Some of that is on me for not doing more research ahead of time, but most other fertility clinics I checked out were up front about their services being out of pocket so I thought accepting my insurance meant something. That said, Dr Shamonki is a nice doctor. The staff is friendly. Dr Hubert does not have a great bedside manner — just warning you because infertility is already an emotionally draining experience. I won’t be returning here because I feel deceived by the whole process — they had me do some unnecessary ultrasounds and now I know why ($$$). But if your insurance really does cover FSAC, then go for it.

Where does one begin?! I was a patient of Dr. Mousa. I came to him after loosing a baby at 20 weeks due to a chromosome deletion. It was beyond devastating. But we knew we wanted to conceive again and to use science this time around. Upon our first consultation at his Sherman oaks office, he was so sympathetic and patient to hear about what brought us to his office. Very caring and reassuring, did not rush to move on to the next patient. As our appointments progressed into his Thousand Oaks office and we began our IVF journey he was very communicative throughout the whole process. Explained everything in great detail and also just had a great disposition and humor when much needed. He always made himself readily available. I have never had a dr give out his cell number and text with embryo updates. It was so reassuring while you anxiously await updates that were going to come on the weekend. I am so glad he was our Dr throughout this whole process. His office, front office staff, back office nurses and surgical techs ran like a well oiled machine! Not only do they have a system down, but that system is so organized and works to a "T" to best assist the patients. From walking into the office and always being warmly greeted with a smile, to checking in to see how you're feeling, to giving stickers to my toddler that would often accompany me on appointments. To the back office assistants always greeting you, getting to know you and getting you comfortably set up in an exam room. Never had to wait for Dr. Mousa. To the nurses that would see you after your exam to go over all medications and how to administer. To always being available with just a phone call. The great surgical techs prepping you for retrieval or a transfer. Making sure your as comfortable as can be before going in, talking to you before your procedure, giving quiet time if that's what needed, to the anesthesiologist calling the day before to go over everything making sure you feel comfortable pre op and post op! Every step of the way they went up and beyond!! The happiest days of finding out you're pregnant to graduating and leaving the office, such a bitter sweet moment. I could not recommend this office and Dr. Mousa and his staff more.
