I told him of left upper rib pain every morning-to the point of nausea. Even when he palpated it and I was sore, he still made me get another MRI with dye after one without dye had just been done. Well he missed the mark severely. I had rib pain upon his touch at his office, and he didn't think outside of his field. It was orthopedic. My records show joint issues, with joint replacements, so, no mistaking it. Every time I saw him on zoom after the initial appointment in his office. He rushed me with a 10-15 minute appointment. When he had no findings. He said I should get a 2nd opinion from a friend of his who was another gastroenterologist.

What an amazing duo!! Dr. Buch and Alex are so professional and helpful. I feel so blessed to have Dr. Buch’s help with my problem. I was so nervous but he reassured me and figured out my problem. Thank you Dr. Buch!

Dr.Buch is the only gastroenterologist my husband and I will ever use for a colonoscopy. We trust his knowledge and judgment implicitly. His warmth, intellect, and professionalism put one at ease immediately. Dr. Buch has unparalleled respect from all of his many locolleagues that I have come in contact with. He is quite simply "the king" to quote one doctor and they refer their patients to him unequivocally. Dr. Buch is simply the only gastroenterologist to see. Thank you for the opportunity to review this doctor.

Alex, at the reception desk, is very courteous and professional. I never got the feeling of being rushed through the paperwork process. Nobody looks forward to having a colonoscopy. Alex and Dr. Buch made it very easy and comfortable. Dr. Buch is very patient and explained the process of a colonoscopy step by step including what needs to be done the day prior. It is seldom now-a-days to get the distinct feeling that one is being listened to or heard. Thank you! Rita

The staff was helpful and on top of things, and Dr. Buch was very professional, knowledgeable, and clear. Although I can’t say I’m looking forward to a colonoscopy, I am left very confident that it will be done skillfully and that I will be able to trust the results. The best indicator that Dr. Buch is very good - he’s scheduled a long time in advance!
