Thank you dr payman you really made me feel like a new man. And I will highly recommend you to any of my friends and family and not to mention colleagues because of the type of work that we do. Dr. Payman is an excellent doctor and surgeon. He is up to date with all the latest treatments an knows his specialty. Dr. Payman’s bed side manner is amazing 🤩 He is extremely thorough with every patient and takes his time with each patient treating them equally. If you need a spine specialist and don’t want to be debilitated for the rest of your life, being in pain and feeling depressed. Dr. Payman is your guy.

I would highly recommend Dr. Rad Payman, he’s one of the best spine surgeons in California. My dad could barely walk, or get up on his own. He was always grumpy 😔 There was times that we had to help him get up from the toilet (according to my dad, those were the most embarrassing moments of his life) it’s very sad to see someone you love suffer from back pain. Luckily he decide to have surgery and now he has a normal life. He says that he may look like a 65 years old guy but he feels like he’s 40 thank you Dr.Payman for giving my dad his life back!!

DO NOT have anything to do with this place at all!!!! The staff if completely incompetent and will lie repeatedly to your face despite you having evidence proving they are wrong. IMO they are running a for cash scam! I couldn't afford cash payment so they didn't bother filing with my insurance company for preauthorization. When confronted they made believe nothing had happened. When pressed they insisted they had spoke to me despite no record of a call from their office on my phone bill. Yes, they actually tried to place the blame on me. And finally they told me if I was unhappy with their office they could help me find another doctor! Seriously... sounds they are running a for cash scam!!! So let me guess, oh Mrs Smith that treatment didn't work? It should have, best we do it again, and again, and again. How long can you keep paying cash?????

Dr. Payman is an awesome dr that I ever seen in my life. He is kind and take a good care of patient. He gave me cervical surgery 7.5 years ago, after that I am feel good and back to do what I love until December 4, 2010 someone rear ended me in red light. Just found another here in Nevada hopefully will be good as you. Thank you dr. Payman and I am sorry for the over due review. 🙏♥️👍

The meanest office I have ever come in contact with.We never got to see Dr. Rad Payman because the women in the office were so awful and RUDE that I could never get an appointment.I was calling to make my boyfriend the appointment because he hurt his back in a car accident and it has gotten so bad that he might need emergency surgery as he cannot walk at all and urination is difficult. He is only 30 years old and is in complete agony that he can’t even sleep, he is terrified and wants to feel like someone can help him.Because it was a car accident they are wondering if we have a case open. I told them about 15 times that we did not. I guess I was too honest and told them that we might eventually but right now we don’t. And that we were happy to pay for the consult out of pocket if needed. And I even said that if they don’t take personal cases that we were happy to go through insurance, our biggest concern was finding the right doctor. From what I gather, which isn't much since the women didn't have the sense to explain it to me; that the concern is if we go through our regular insurance and then file a case that the insurance wouldn't cover it.. But I explained to them that either way we would pay it and that we just wanted to talk to the Dr to see what our best option for him was right now, and if we even liked the Dr in the first place.Both women were rude, even before the case fiasco. The first woman asked me the same question over and over and even though I kept explaining that we had no case started, she then transferred me to another woman who was even worse. This lady started to raise her voice at me, she sounded like she was my girlfriend and I had just cheated on her, and then asked me why I was getting upset and yelling. I never yelled, I didn’t even raise my voice the way she was. Which again, was really bizarre behavior for someone working at the front desk of a medical office. (As someone who has worked many years for a doctor, this was honestly startling and scary that this is who Dr Payman has chosen to take care of his patients-many of which are in the worst pain of their lives and are terrified they may become paraplegic.) I told her I sounded upset because she kept asking me the same question and refused to let me see the doctor when I have someone I care about who can’t even lift his leg. When I told her our insurance and any possible future case didn't even matter because we were fine with paying out of pocket for the consultation and then going forward from there. WHAT IF THE DR ENDED UP TELLING US HE DIDN'T NEED SURGERY, WE DIDN'T NEED TO GIVE ALL OF THIS INFORMATION TO JUST HAVE A CONSULTATION WITH THE GUY. (Who by the way won't even do zoom or tele consults even with Covid- So something to consider.) She then dismissed me and said that she would have her office manager contact me. I told her not to worry about it as I would never want to see a Doctor who would hire a staff who cared so little about other people. She laughed at me and we got off the phone. Yeah she actually laughed. I don’t know what is going wrong in her world but this office is clearly not the place for you if you want to be treated like your life matters.

I recently visited Dr Payman, and I was very impressed. His office staff is top notch. They treated me very well, and made my appointment feel so less stressful than I anticipated. I definitely will be back, thank you!

Excellent experience! The employees are courteous and prompt. I was taken care of, my questions were answered, and I was in and out much quicker than expected.
