Jay at LAOPPT is probably the best pediatric physical therapist in Los Angeles. He has been treating my son who has minor CP for over two years. Jay's knowledge in his field, devotion and work is beyond words. My son has benefited SO much and I have learned SO much myself from Jay.

I met Dr.Jay for an evaluation for my 4 month old son that was suspected of torticollis. He was very gentle with my baby. He was also very informative on the stretches and very kind. He assigned us once a week with PT Phoebie de Guzman and I’ve been going with her now for weekly sessions for my baby. She also is very kind and gentle and makes us feel welcomed every visit. So far both Dr.Jay and PT Guzman are very gentle and kind. I recommend for anyone with children. I didn’t get get to get a pic with Dr.Jay but here’s one with PT Guzman.

For the past 10 months, I’ve been bringing my son to Dr. Jay and his outstanding team at LA Orthopedic & Pediatric Physical Therapy for treatment of torticollis, and the experience has been exceptional. The team is highly skilled, compassionate, and dedicated to delivering the best possible care. I highly recommend their services and wouldn’t hesitate to choose them again.

Our experience with PT Jay was truly a pleasure! He assisted our little one with torticollis and gaining core strength to meet milestones. Jay was very patient and gentle with our baby during all his visits. We are grateful for our time with him and would recommend him to our family and friends.

With so many options for Physical Therapy near my new home, I decided to try LA Orthopedic because I saw heard some great reviews! First of all, the building is phenomenal, it’s safe and secure with free parking and the ambiance is fabulous! The Physical Therapy rooms are completely private and Dr. Semel did a thorough and spot on analysis of my radiating disk and severe pain, situation! He was patient and compassionate with his intake and treatment! He then referred me to Sadie. She is was wonderful as well, calm and knowledgeable and also spent a lot of time with me! Given the migraines and nausea accompanying my nuanced circumstances, Jose’ has gone above and beyond as well attempting to make my appointments work out. I am deeply appreciative of the whole groups, superlative way of treating me in such a kind and compassionate manor!

Our 4 month old daughter needed PT during the pandemic while offices were closed so we met virtually with Jay from our home. It was a smooth process with easy to connect video technology. Jay followed up our sessions with a few additional resources we could access from home to reinforce what we learned in the sessions. Meeting online was a great alternative to get our baby the help she needed in a timely and safe way!

I highly recommend Jay from LA Orthopedic and Pediatric PT! He was treating my baby for torticollis and it was amazing how quickly she improved thanks to him. I appreciated the one on one attention she received at his facility and I think Jay is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure my baby girl received the proper treatment to get better.
