The all women's facility helped put me on the path that changed my life. The intense, intimate psychological help was soul-changing. I spent 90 days in there, focused on healing and graduated to self-love and acceptance. Highly recommend.
Spent 5 weeks at the Lake House this summer and it was a truly transformative experience. EVERYTHING is handled for you there so you are able to focus on yourself. Accommodations are amazing, staff is beyond excellent, food is phenomenal, attention to detail is second to none. Couldn’t recommend them more. 🙏

The Montare team has been absolutely wonderful . My experience was not what i expected, in a good way. The staff were awesome, Jerrell, Hector, Gabriella, Adam, Anthony, Russell and Will were incredible. The therapists were amazing Pattriana, Erin, Marcia, Emily and Ranelle. Thank you. Michaele and Tristan, words can not express how much you've done for me. I will never forget both of you. My case manager was absolutely great. Thanks Derrick, for making sure i was always good. Troy and Frankie, thanks guys for hooking me up with anything I needed. Thank you Liz, Andy, Lynn, and the Nuerofeedback team, Lauren, G-Man and Alice. This team is awesome and perfect place to heal. Big ups to the Sherman Oaks Valley Vista team. I also would like to thank my yoga instructor. The incredible Jules. Thank you for introducing me to a whole new world.
I feel honoured with so much respect for this powerful spell caster Dr Anuge who restored back my relationship after a several fight i had with my partner, I knew things were getting out of hands so I contacted Dr Anuge after readings different reviews and testimony about how he helped people and also restored back relationships & marriages and other spiritual problems, I’m so overwhelmed with the spells he prepared for me & my partner just within a space of 15hours, and my partner was on the phone calling & texting me , asking for my forgiveness and that everything that happened was his faults. I didn’t believe it was real until he came to my apartment to asked for my forgiveness in person. All thanks to Dr “Anuge !!! He’s indeed a life saver 🙏🏾🙏🏾 WhatsApp/Call +2348164866838, Or his Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/Dranugespelltemple/
Derrick and patrianna were great with ensuring my stay was fulfilling and enjoyable. The facilities were amazing, beyond expectations. Great staff, awesome food and most of all a quality experience which I would highly recommend for anyone seeking a treatment program to improve an outlook about personal growth and quality of life.
I went in March of this year (2023) I can’t recommend Montare because you don’t have a personal relationship to a medical doctor. You only get zoom care once a week. (Which wasn’t clear to us when I signed up for Montare) You have roughly 3 minutes on a screen with someone who then (in my case) changed the whole medication without looking at the bigger picture. On top of that you share your personal story with this doctor who you never met and will meet in person. Again it only added to my distress. Even the nurse just zoomed in in the first days. I ended up having an episode and they put me on hold and into another hospital after two days. After spending three days in the other hospital I decided to come back only to be put on hold again after another week. I believe it’s a beautiful facility but keep in mind: The facility is not prepared for people with bipolar disorder or psychosis. They don’t have clinical trained staff around all the time and the staff is highly unorganized. I felt at times as if I am in a summer camp. I felt treated like a child at times very disrespectful. So it really depends on your level of care you need. We had invested 20,000 dollars and I regret with every cell of my body that we trusted Montare I wish I would have gone to a normal hospital right away where they have nurses, social worker and doctors 24/7 even if it is way less luxurious and very humble. Las Encinas is a decent hospital in the area. Another thing is that they still have items from me. After putting me on 50150 I wasn’t able to pack all my clothes so they had to ship it to me. I am still missing books and other items plus they send me clothes I don’t own. Now they don’t respond when I try to reach out. I could go on and on. Staff was sleeping sometimes when bored and so forth… Everyone has a different experience and different needs. Just beware of what you need. Mine was traumatizing and defeated the purpose. When I needed support they put me on 50150 it was bad
So, tonight is my first night back home after 27 days at Montare residential treatment. I have only great things to say about this program. I went in very hesitant and nervous about what to expect since I had only been in 5150 holds and had no clue what this program was. But I am now a grown person with a purpose and I am looking forward to the future. I genuinely felt cared for by the whole staff and they became family. I miss my fellow peers, but I also miss everyone at Lakehouse so much. I want to shout out Cassie, Drew, Shantel, Sashan, James, Tatiana, Cynthia, Cinthia, Wendy, Ella, Mona and everyone else there. Mike and Sam from improv group were my absolute favorite and everyone who I mentioned and who I didn’t mention will always hold a special place in my heart. Thank you all again for everything and for ALWAYS listening to me. I hope to somehow run into you guys again, you guys completely changed my life. A special shout out to Jamie and CJ who helped me get into Montare. Thank you again for all the memories ♥️
Montare Behavioral Health completely changed my life for the better! The individual genuine care for each client was evident. The staff made all of the difference in my stay, especially my therapist Shantel at the Oasis. She was thoughtful, empathetic, and kind. The Montare staff helped me to focus on living by my values and developing a true zest for life. Beyond grateful for everyone that works for Montare.
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! I went to Montare from September of 2022 to November 2022 and was severely disappointed from what I received there. The entire PHP and IOP program was highly disorganized. It did not feel like the goal of the company was to help people heal, but was more aligned with making money. Montare has grown at an exponential rate and the Owners have many facilities, I feel like the expansion and effort for quantity/$$$ has affected the quality. Therapists were late to groups, unprepared, and the lack of continuity/communication amongst the staff was gut-wrenching. It was sad to see a mental health business that is supposed to be focused on helping people who are suffering and suicidal when they walk through their doors, to phone in their jobs with such a lack of urgency. This lack of urgency unfortunately led to a former montare member committing suicide shortly after discharge, he was a dear friend of mine. Montare had 1 Case manager working for almost all of the clients and this led to clients not being appropriately prepared both in the program and upon discharge. I myself, was also discharged when I made it clear that I was not ready to do so. I was jerked around constantly during my stay at Montare and had to speak to staff about the same thing numerous times because of their lack of organization and communication. They were poorly equipped in many facets of the business and I also ran into problems with insurance. Montare said that my insurance would no longer cover my care, but when I called my provider they confirmed that they were still covering me. Needless to say, I will not be recommending Montare to anyone who is suffering with their mental health. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! Take care of yourself and do your homework on a facility that is going to put your needs first instead of focusing on the $$$ signs.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
