I needed a new dermatologist in the Valley after my doctor retired so I called Dr. Shirin's office. Easy to schedule, doctor saw me on time and was very knowledgable and helpful. Paid close attention and answered all of my questions without a rush. I was impressed and will definitely return for any issues and annual screenings.

Everything is very rushed as though the doctor and staff are trying to beat some sort of time record. Very quick explanations and care delivered as though you are part of the quota not a feeling patient. Was going to charge me a separate (follow up/visit) charge for her to check on HER work. $300.00 plus dollars for nothing. NO WAY. See someone else.

Every day I look at the scar on my face and regret letting Dr Shirin touch me. having to save up thousands to fix this doctors mistakes

Dr Sophie Shrin is a very competent, responsible, and intelligent Dermatologist with a very low key beside manner. She is quiet although answers all questions and shares information. I have been a patient for many years and have always been pleased with her knowledge and abilities.

Dr. Shirin is knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. She was recommended to me by my internist because I was looking for a dermatologist who was more interested in medicine than selling Botox, which she also does. Dr. Shirin's staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Shirin has not only seen me but my son since he was young.

I normally wouldn't leave a bad review for anyone but after Dr Shirin refused to correct her mistakes, refund me or even apologize for scaring me let alone respond to my emails, I feel the need to warn others...I had previously had a few small moles removed by the doctor which came out ok. One I had to pay double for because she only cut half of it off so I had to come back and pay full again to remove the other half.. but my last trip to the office was disastrous. I paid the doctor around $500 to remove multiple moles from my body and asked her to remove 2 from my face (they were small and the doctor said I didnt need to remove them) I told her I wanted them removed so she went ahead. I assumed as the doctor was dealing with my face she would be extra careful especially as it was very obvious I cared about the appearance of my face hence wanting the moles removed to have flat smooth skin.When I got home and took off the bandages I saw clearly the doctor had left the 2 moles in place and instead cut deep hole incisions right next to both of my moles. I was shocked that she would have done this, wandered if her sight was not all there as I could very obviously see the moles remaining and holes now next to them. I now have a problem that will cost a lot to attempt to fix and the problem I wanted to solve is twice as worse than it was to start. She cut perfect smooth skin and now I have hollows where I did not previously next to the moles she left untouched.I sent emails and evidence of all this and kindly asked the doctor to remove the moles remaining and provide microneedling to try amend the big holes she made. Instead of dealing with her mistakes, apologizing or refunding me, the doctor said there was no mistake and stopped emailing me back. I can see her MISTAKE from 6 feet away from the mirror so it surprises me she cannot see. Not a great quality for someone dealing with cosmetic procedures...Ive spent well over $1000 on this doctor and have previously brought her clients and this is how she felt was right to treat Me.I'm now out of pocket trying to fix her mistakes alone on my own dime.I cannot recommend going elsewhere more strongly. What a disappointment! be careful with your faces! I hope I'll find a way to fix what she's done to mine...

She is kind and very thorough. Helped me remove some unwanted moles, I have zero scars!, shes amazing. Great at cosmetics also! Her lips are the best!! Very natural

Love Dr. Sophie Shirin & Staff! Very clean office and just the vibe in the office was so positive :) From checking in to checking out. Dr. Shirin is very knowledgeable and knows her stuff from cosmetics to skin care. She is very gentle and I was very pleased. Thank you Dr. Shirin & Staff for all your hard work and making sure everything is taken care of. Definitely will be coming back :) Shout out to Betsy and Evelyn lovely MAs.

The office was extremely helpful. Very kind and caring. I needed to see a skin Doctor for some abnormal looking moles, Dr Shirin explained everything in regards to normal miles and ones that have a slight difference to them. As it turned out I had a biopsy. I will Be hearing shortly. I know I’m in good hands!

Very nice Dr. She's been treating my mother for various conditions all with good results. She also treated me for a minor cosmetic condition I was satisfied with the procedure.
