The absolute best experience ever, thank you SO much Dr Steinberg and nurse Ana. They were so helpful, informative and kind every step of the way. Ana was the absolute best. She was so responsive and communicative during the process, and always explained everything so clearly which made the process very smooth. She was so so sweet and made me feel so comfortable. Dr Steinberg is so incredible, I love how extensive the genetic testing is that he offers. His bedside manner was incredible as well, always making me feel comfortable and relaxed during the ultrasounds. He also gave great tips and advice for what to do and not to do during the process. We absolutely loved every part of the experience and highly highly recommend!!!

Our experience at FI Los Angeles was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel supported and informed. Unfortunately, as others have mentioned, some of the staff IS very rude and unprofessional. There is a clinic in Spain that offers the same procedures.

Anna is terrible and rude!!! They just are all about the money, and not helping couples conceive.

If I can get any less than one star I would! This facility should be out of business. I was referred here by another Dr that was probably his friends!!! I've ended up not wanting to even meet the Dr as everyone here is super rude. Unfriendly and just looking for money ! No wonder they have so many bad reviews!!!

100% recommend Dr. Jeffrey Steinberg as your fertility doctor and his amazing team; Ana (Nurse) & Jenny (Financial Coordinator). I have a gorgeous super healthy baby girl in 2024 at age 43. I started egg retrieval since year 2019 when I was 38 years old. Total of 13 egg retrievals as I personally wanted as many healthy embryos before I started IVF. 4th IVF was finally successful. 3rd IVF was a chemical pregnancy and 1st and 2nd IVF no pregnancy. Note: all IVFs I had two embryos versus one, not all doctors are capable of doing this. I was older and wanted to make sure I could increase my possibilities of pregnancy hence why I wanted 2 embryos at every IVF procedure. Now 2025, I plan on continuing IVF to grow our family with my remaining healthy embryos. Note: I researched several IVF doctors across the globe that would do all the various genetic testing. After getting several consultations with reputable doctors I selected Dr. Steinberg based on his years of experience and leading the front on genetic testing. My family genetically has bone loss issues and my husband’s family has Down syndrome. We wanted to know by screening our embryos what quality of life our children could have prior to getting pregnant. We could not be more thrilled of our decision as our little girl is super healthy & meeting all her milestones 1 month ahead of schedule. Hope this review is extremely helpful when it comes to making your IVF and Doctor decision.

NYC's branch is awful. My sister in laws has been complaining about a staff (Ana P. ) She is rude and unprofessional for months and months. The doctor himself is a good doctor. But Ana has been awful to my sister in law. She's all stressed out about it.

I had a great experience with this clinic, the doctor and the ladies in the office are super sweet and super comforting. I’m 12 weeks pregnant right now, just finished my last doctors appointment with them and highly recommend.

Happily recommend The Fertility Institutes! Dr Steinberg and his amazing nurse Ana helped us achieve our sweet baby boy without complications on the first attempt of IVF. They were always friendly and willing to help in any way possible. We will definitely be using their assistance for baby #2!
