I met Dr. Le for what I thought would be a consultation, unaware that he would be doing the procedure that day. I wasn't able to comply because I hadn't arranged a ride, and Dr. Le and his staff were so kind. They arranged to have me come in two days later, an appointment that would normally have been difficult to get. Dr. Le and his staff were both gracious and accommodating.

I found Dr. Le to be very polite and helpful. His surgical team made me feel comfortable before, during, and after surgery.

Dr. Le listened and explained things well and did not rush through any of my appointments. He seems like someone I would like to hang around with in "real life", and he must be popular as it took months to get my surgery scheduled. Unfortunately the office staff in Escondido is terrible (bordering on rude, did not follow social distancing when it came to the one treatment room with all of the measuring and picture-taking machines).

Came in with a terrible eye infection. I had been to several other doctors and nothing was working. Dr. Le accurately diagnosed it on my first visit and noticed some other complications that were caused by previous treatments I’d been doing. He was thorough and his prescribed treatment worked right away.

If I could rate a zero I would. I’ve never filled out one of these before but I want to warn people before they go see Dr Morse. He was very rude and condescending. He was uncaring when my daughter got sick during her visit. Her skin and lips turned pale as she was sweating and dizzy. He said that she is fine and her blood pressure is dropping. Then he got angry with me and interrupted me when I tried asking questions. He was angry and scolded me for blinking during my exam. When I asked what medication he was administering to us he snapped at me for asking. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a physician. He insulted other healthcare workers. Very poor bedside manner. First time I felt crying at the doctors since I’ve been an adult.

Dr Brian Le removed a cataract from my eye and there was a rupture, I was blind for approx 10 days until another operation by an ophthalmic surgeon referred by Le. Bottom line after several surgeries, I am now blind in this eye due to a repeating retinal detachment. A very devastating experience which affected the rest of my life.

While practicing at North County Eye in Encinitas CA, Dr Brian Le operated to removea cataract in my left eye, during the operation the cataract ruptured and for the next 10 days I was blind in that eye, in terrible pain with pressure in the eye.I revisited Dr Le several times during this period and was told to wait and see. He referred me a retinal surgeon. Today after multiple retinal detachments and surgeries/procedures, today I am completely blind in this eye.Take from my story what you will, get a second opinion before any surgery and research your doctors background, wish I had.

I saw Dr. Le for an emergency eye problem I had while I was visiting from out of town. I was very impressed with the thorough examination he conducted and his willingness to explain my condition in detail. He and his staff were very competent, kind, and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him!
