Dr. Stephanie Iem's Online Review Report Card

Pretty bummed. I have been super sick for over a week with heavy head and chest congestion and a sever cough. I have NEVER felt the need to call a doctor when sick with a common cold. It's come to the point where I literally cough all night and it's starting to hurt my ribs to cough more. I called my doctors office (doctor Iem,) to try and get some medicine heavier than OTC medicine as nothing has been helping me (normally OTC works just fine for me.) They told me the doctor was not in that day and they would message her to see what she can do but they recommended I get a covid test. I have a newborn baby (that I got sick,) and I dragged us out of the house to get a test thinking that would help jumpstart a prescription from my doctor and nothing. I didn't hear from them all day and night. I followed up a handful of times to see if there is an update or what they can do for me (as they are my doctors office,) and each time I got told "I will call you back." I tried following up again at 4:30 but I guess that's when they turn their phones off for the day even though they close at 5. I ended up saying whatever and thinking I could wait until the next morning to reach them but had yet again another sleepless night with a horrible cough, headache, etc. I ended up using teledoc in the middle of the night and the lovely doctor prescribed me an inhaler, nasal spray, a cough suppressant, and a decongestant in the middle of the night! Thankfully, we have a 24/7 pharmacy near us and it was was to pick it all up. Thank god for teledoc! I should have been able to get care from my doctor and it's a total bummer that I got dragged along for an entire day. It would have been better if they just said "sorry can't help you."

I have had a really awesome experience with Dr. Iem. She is extremely through with my medical history and health. She is very knowledgeable and caring. I have put off finding a primary care doctor for many years because of poor experiences. Luckily, Dr Iem is such a pleasure to talk to and made me feel extremely comfortable and cared for. So glad I found Dr. Iem and very excited to have her as my new PCP!

Dr. Iem is the absolute best!! She truly cares about her patients’ well-being inside and out, and she’s extremely knowledgeable and kind. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Iem to anyone looking for the best type of care from the best physician! Thank you Dr. Iem for being so awesome!!

The staff is extremely unprofessional. The doctors will refuse to see you unless you are vaccinated. The wait times to get an appointment are ridiculous. Save your time and go elsewhere.

I'm severely disappointed as today I was looking to set an appointment for my physical. I was asked if I was fully vaccinated in which I responded no and was told the doctor would not see me unless I was fully vaccinated from Covid. I feel the need to send this review out as I am truly disappointed that this is a barometer to measure whether or not I am a qualified candidate to be seen even though I've been going here for years. It's very concerning as we all have the freedom to decide whether or not we want to be vaccinated from Covid. I look forward to finding a new doctor that doesn't hold this information against me.

I'm soo glad that Dr Stephanie Iem is my Dr. becuse she is so caring, professional, thoughtful & most of all an AMAZING person!

I feel like Dr. IEM s a very caring physician that wants the best for her patients. I would highly recommend her if you are searching for a primary care doctor. I think we can all make our doctors visit more positive if we do our part with our healthcare. We would have much better outcomes if we provided a list of medications their dosage, and how we take them. So if you truly want to deal more effectively with your health DO YOUR PART. Life will treat you more kindly and we all need that.

Dr Lem is a great Dr always very positive and helpful her and her entire staff is always on top of everything I have been going to her now for 4+ years and she’s helped me thru a few large issues I had and she’s always there for ya. Wouldn’t consider changing Drs and I highly recommend her and her staff.

Front office staff "shout out," today to Rizza, always cheerful and extremely helpful. It has been my experience with every call, at every visit that each member of this healthcare team serves with courtesy, kindness and professionalism. Great provider group!
