Being a Health Care Professional myself, picking a Primary Care Physician is very difficult at times looking for someone who will take the time to listen during my appointment to truly understand and be able to read through the symptoms that are occurring. Dr Tordillo is thorough, professional, realistic, understanding, kind and Truly Concerned for his patients. He is well trained and experienced in Internal Medicine and it definitely shows on your Very First Visit! I would recommend him for my Mother or Grandmother if they were still alive today and would trust him with my children and grandchildren. He is a Wonderful Medical Professional and a Asset to our Community and to Graybill!

Waited on hold for over 30 minutes , clearly not the doctor office I want. Next! I never understand why offices think it's ok for people to be listening to 1 million recorded messages then wait another 20 minutes on complete hold in silence .

Dr. Tordilla does his utmost to promote patient trust and to meet people on common ground. He is honest, caring, observant, capable, and makes visits as easy as a doctor's visit can possibly be.

Dr. Tordilla has been my primary doctor for 3 years. Besides being very knowledge, his bedside manor is superb. He explains things in "layman's terms" and takes time to answer all my questions. He is always cheery and remembers me and asks me about my family giving that true warmth so don't usually receive from your doctor. I live in Spring Valley but work in Escondido. I would keep Dr. Tordilla even If my job moved me closer to home. Thank you Doc!

Dr. Tordilla has been my doctor for a couple years now, I highly recommend him. He's super knowledgeable and straight forward and doesn't waste a ton of time getting to the answer or issue. He explains things in real world terms making it easy to understand. I appreciate the reliable info and great friendly approach he takes.

I have been going to graybill for many years and have always been very happy with the care i receive there. Doctor Tordilla is very professional and i can tell he truly cares about his patients. Dr. T's nurse Gladis is super sweet too. they both make going to the doctors office so much more pleasant.

I just tried to become a new patient here and the first woman I spoke to was nice. She explained that she was going to transfer me over to the insurance dpt just to make sure they take my insurance. When I was transferred back... this woman answered rude and unhelpful right away. I chose a doctor and asked when he had an available apt she stated one that I knew I would be unable to attend, so I asked her when his next one would be.. I got a smirky, rude response. It was a clear question.. and I would have very much booked it if she were more professional and polite. Her entire tone throughout the conversation was uncalled for and rude. Two stars for the insurance dpt and the first woman I spoke to.
