This is the most unorganized doctor's office I have ever experienced. They do not communicate with each other when scheduling virtual appointments never mind following through with the appointmen. Don't waste your time.

He's competent but has a huge bad attitude. i saw him Friday and received brand new medication adjustment along with a different new endocrine instructions. I didn't completely understand the diabetic change so I called the assistant on Monday. She read me the doctor's notes and it nor she was able to clarify. The MD is only on the office Fridays so I had to wait a week as now I know the office will not relay a message if the MD is out. I had to call several times to get a response. The MD was very aggravated with me for not understanding and when I finally did, Dr. F. says I need more care than he can provide and most rudely took me off his service. Previously he was upset and wrongly blamed me for going through the process of getting my medicines from a foundation. All of that has just gotten completed and I apologized to staff for the problems but this MD does not forgive. Therefore. his staff is no longer friendly or helpful. In one word Dr. F has a very short fuse!

I’ve seen 4 endocrinologists over the past 26 years with my extremely sensitive Type 1 diabetes - I even went to Mayo - After so many years of having doctors try to “pound a square peg into a round hole”, I’ve finally been fortunate enough to find one who is creative, smart & caring enough to think outside the box - Dr. Farjoudi’s adjustments to my insulin plan have improved my quality of life in just several months - I wish I’d met him many years ago, but at this point, I’m just going to be grateful & say “Better late than never”

I was very impressed with Dr. Farjoudi. I had been really upset about my former doctor, Dr. Berner, leaving the practice to resume teaching at UC Irvine. So I was a little skeptical about her replacement. However, I am very happy with Dr. Farjoudi. He is a very kind, patient doctor who takes a lot of time explaining things to me, unlike some doctors who rush you in and out. I also found his medical assistant, Robert, and his front desk staff to also be very courteous and extremely helpful. The way the staff interacts with me can make a world of difference and I feel very comfortable in his office.
