Graybill Medical Group- El Norte Office's Online Review Report Card

It's impossible to reach a human! One must leave a message then hope they call you back. I've been trying to get prescriptions sent to my mother's new mail pharmacy for 2 weeks now. Thus far they've called in a script to her old retail pharmacy and her old mail pharmacy. Mom has had good experiences with Dr. Foraci and Sharon Robinson; however, the office staff appears to be incompetent. At this rate she's likely to run out of medication. Extremely frustrating.

It can be difficult reaching the front desk to schedule an appointment or to refill a prescription but if you leave a message they will take care you within 24 hours.

I wish I had read the reviews before coming here! I walked in for my NPT appointment. Not a single hi not even a fake smile from the receptionists. I wasn't even able to be seen my Shea Robinson. She said I had to switch my insurance which is no problem, I could call right then and there right? Considering that I arrived 45 PRIOR to my appointment. (I've had to do this at my daughter's Dr. office with only 15 before her appt) The receptionist said it was too late to change it or I could be a cash pt. Ok sure, we rescheduled, no problem. She makes my appointment print the paper out for me and doesn't say a word. I grab the paper which apparently was my appointment card reminder, I say thank you. I get no response back. No bye. No have a nice day. I've never been treated like this before! Absolutely no customer service skills. The 2nd receptionist kept staring at the other receptionist and at myself which I thought was odd. A bit too weird. I left and immediately called Grabybill to make an appointment with them! I am glad I will not be returning to this horrible office.

Absolutely love this doctor's office. Dr. Tarzy has seen me since I was a baby and Dr. Robinson has also helped me in the past few years. Both are amazing!

My wife and I came to this medical center for a few years until we moved too far away.We are now back in the mix again.The medical care is first rate.

I highly recommend Dr. Peter Minkoff at El Norte Medical group. I've been going here for years and I've never felt out of the loop when it comes to my medical procedures. He'll always go out of his way to make sure everything is in order and that all bases are covered. Him and his nursing staff are friendly and attentive.

Sat in the patient's waiting room for 45 min. They forgot I was there until I came out of the room asking if they forgot about me. The doctor said that they were busy. So much for the value of my time and making an appointment......and then I was seen for only 5 min.!

Love the doctors but the people in billing in the office need to go back to school , double charged my card then told me the fund woukd be back into my account the next day however it is 3 days later and have since most my job due to this office
