List of Graybill Medical Group's Reviews
How can it be that it is faster to drive to the office and speak with a professional at the front desk than wait forever on hold? This does not meet my expectations for a professionally managed organization.
I called customer service to complain about the long waiting time on the phone. I was told that they were working on it and couldn't find people to answer the phones for them. I told them that I would take the job. They declined to hire me. I think they don't want to solve the problem. They admit that they are losing patients, but they won't hire me to help them. Go figure
Dr Peters and her staff are exceptionally cribg. This includes those at the frontdesks
It can take 7 days to get a refill. My wife forgot to drop off her paperwork that addresses narcotics abuse. The prescription was ready to refill. My wife takes this medication to function and allow for sleep. Never had an issue previously. We are now 2 days of waiting, no sleep and pain. I go to Scripts and get a refill in 24 hours. How can they let people suffer like this.
Great doctors but unfortunately horrible front desk service and even worse phone service. Communication between staff is horrible, they keep calling me for stuff I already talked to about without staff. They keep losing paperwork and files and have me getting the same papers over and over again. They call my phone over and over again for same issues I already fixed with other people on the phone. Ridiculous the time I spend on hold with these people. Seriously, who has the time for this?
Fix the phone sysrem! It is faster to go down to second ave to make an appointment than to wait on hold
Simply the worst. Impossible to call, no response to NexGen portal, and when you show up, they don't really want to talk to you. This is the best example of Government ObamaCare healthcare.
-The happiest patients are from over a year ago, clearly this is not the same business model.-The non medical god complex clerks that work in the call center have NO right to ask for your personal or medical condition, they’re just like us with a desk job.-They dangle the office that you NEED to speak to and hold it hostage. It truly is faster to go to the office and deal with the folks there.-The office I visit has charged copays erroneously because my special needs child didn’t know differently. This indicates to me that there is a money grab situation that Graybill is charging my insurance carrier.-I really like the personable doctor and the nurses at the office. In fact, it’s taken me years to find the right person for my family and I’m beyond disappointed that we’ll leave due to the administration.-If you’re looking to switch from a well organized and effective group, this is not the one. I absolutely REGRET my decision to use this Physician Group, it leaves me angry, frustrated, faithless and disappointed.-What needs to be done is to re-educate personnel. What their responsibilities and abilities are with patients and other staffed personnel. The customer has an absolute right to privacy.I offer the money collected erroneously to cover training, rather than call it INSURANCE FRAUD.-There’s no need to have your people reply to this, it’ll be empty words of fluff unless they’re going to say specifically what is being done. Nobody wants a pat on the back and sent to bed over this. This is disgusting.
I spent 30 minutes today, Tuesday, 3:15 holding on Graybills phone system and finally hung up without being able to talk to a human. In the last 2 years the ease of service, making appointments, contacting anyone at Graybill has gone from bad to worse. What has happened to all your phone operators? We will be looking at other options when open enrollment comes around. It is quite unfortunate because we love our doctors (Dr. Jenson, Dr. Kadden and other Arch Doctors Luke Dr. Vanishsarn). Their online message system is archaic and you can not make appointments any other way or check on referrals or anything else except call, hold on the phone for upwards of an hour. This is inexcusable and other options are available!
I have been going to Graybill for 7 years. The Doctor's have been great but support staff not so much. Considerable delays with diagnostics, referrals go hear to die, takes too long to get an appointment and good luck reaching somebody on the phone. If my doctor wasn't so great I would have dumped this organisation years ago.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
