The only reason I give 3 stars is because they on the front lobby his do what his want this is the second time I have issues with him(Hector) his change my appointment with out authorization from me his don't send the laboratory order and we talk 3 day before I going to get done my laboratory and I wasted my time and my gas, the doctors are really good I love the service from the doctors. By if u going to make schedule appointment make with other person and not Hector his do what his want, and his answer the call like his the best, by his wrong.

Dr.Greenstein is a sweetheart! Before dialysis, my doctor was actually Dr. Greenstein’s boss, Dr.Steer, head of the Balboa Neperoloigy group. I was not happy to learn I had to switch doctors then, but I quickly found from the groups surgeon Dr. Brown, to Dr Greenstein, Dr.Steer understood having caring & skilled doctors in his group. Greenstein’s group at the Escondido office,takes great care of their patients in every way. I would be very upset now to lose Dr Greenstein. I highly recommend him

I have been his patient for a little over a year and have been well taken care of. He listens to my problems and is wonderful to my whole family even though I am the patient. He takes time to explain things to me and if need be makes sure I have the referals I need for other specialists. Like all people he has an off day here and there, but he is one of the best doctors I have ever had. I really appriciate that he even makes sure my children and husband understand things, due to the fact I am a homeschooling mom and have my children with me at every appointment. I have been very impressed with him and will hate when a military move causes me to lose his care.

what i dont like about him is that he doesn't spend enough time he seems like his in a hurry to leave and that makes me feel that he does't care about me.i want to have a dr that is listening to me and that he understands me and willing to have the time to care for me not in and rush and go.....
