My husband had a stroke and needed to see Dr Baban after we were discharged from the hospital. We had been calling her office for the last 48 hours ---NO CALL BACK.........NO REPLY TO EMAILS VIA THE PORTAL......COULD NOT GET THROUGH AT ALL. WE COULD BE DEAD BEFORE HER OFFICE ANSWERS THE PHONE? We started email on a Monday, called on Tuesday, called on a Wednesday........still no answer. We can develop a heart attack before we can get through...if we ever get through. The website is still showing as "accepting patients". How can you accept anymore patients if you can't even service existing ones. What a disappointment.

A complete waste and shame for the medical practice; no bedside manner, no patience, no communication. She is a one way traffic and play with the scare tactics to induce fear into your mind to make the most out of you. High emphasis on drugs/procedure. She left me traumatized for two days with no solid communication except pushing for unnecessary medications.

My 35 year old daughter passed from covid on 9/21/21. Because of the stress I was having exacerbated symptoms of my chronic diastolic heart failure in the form of acute palpitations/A-fib. I called numerous times trying to get some kind of additional medication so I did not end up with a stroke or heart attack. Today, 3 weeks later, she finally told me that she was not going to prescribe anything else!! DO NOT EXPECT DR. BABAN TO BE A CARDIOLOGIST AND HELP YOU IF YOU HAVE AN URGENT HEART ISSUES!!!

I've been a patient of Dr. Baban for two year plus now. Upon first meeting she determined I had a blockage that required attention; she thought a stent. I'd mentioned that I wanted no by-pass, and during the surgery, Dr. Baban stood for my decision even though the other doctor wanted a by-pass. Beyond that, I've never met a more polite, interested and attentive doctor (and I'm 83 years old). Not only is Dr. Baban terrific, it follows through in her staff. Alondra in particular is really a blessing and there to help no matter what the need.If you're looking for a cardiologist, I assure you that you'll not do better than Dr. Baban.

I see Dr. usually about every three months. I had a stent put in under her guidance about 3 years ago.

Dr. Baban saved my husband’s life and I will forever be grateful to her. She listened to his story of what he was feeling and what brought him to the ER and found a blocked artery during the angiogram. She was very compassionate and patient with me. She clearly explained the procedure and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend her!
