My dad is very advanced in years. Just recently, it was noticed at his retirement home, by a med. tech that his breathing was very labored. She had EMT's take him to the ER at Palomar hospital. He was given a lot of tests which proved that he had a light case of pneumonia, low blood oxygen level, labored breathing because of fluid build-up and HEART FAILURE! He was kept in the hospital for three days. My dad was given six medications, including a diuretic for the fluid build up. He was supposed to go to his primary doctor the next day, however, that was Saturday. So he called Monday, and the doctor's office finally got him in on Wednesday! Supposedly, the hospital sent Dr. Chiang the information about the hospitalization. Dr. Chiang wouldn't look at the papers from the hospital that my dad had. After the visit, my dad was only supposed to finish his antibiotic and take one baby aspirin a day!! This is after a diagnosis of heart failure which causes fluid build up!! My dad wants a new doctor and I want a new doctor for him!!!!

The doctor fails to return calls. I've called five times after being in the hospital and he's never bothered to call back!

I saw this doctor on Feb 14th and was told right away that this office is here to help you and if you need a referral or are waiting to hear back about your lab work, to call them cause "they don't ever want you waiting!" That's what they told me but a couple things happened... 1.) I asked for a dermatologist referral (I suffer from severe psoriasis) and I've consistently called them asking for the referral since FEB 14TH. As I write this it's July 1st and Im still waiting 2.) I got covid in Jan and had a cruise in April which made me eligible for a letter for safe passage. NEVER got that letter 3.) I got my blood tests on Feb 16th and still waiting for the results (It's July 1st) They act like they care but they don't and you will end up with NO call backs and they simply could care care about you. DONT SEE THEM!
