I saw Doctor Ross today and left feeling really helpless and pretty distraught. I have a long history of requiring mental health support for my diagnoses of ADHD and anxiety. I’m also a mental health professional myself. I recently had a premature baby due to a life threatening pregnancy condition and have been struggling with some serious postpartum depression and anxiety symptoms. I came to Dr. Ross to extend my disability from work due to my circumstances and she completely wrote me off, hardly asked any questions, and told me what I was experiencing was what most women feel returning to work after having a baby and that she would not sign my disability paperwork. She instead sent me to a psychiatry office that doesn’t fill out disability paperwork either. I have called just about every psychiatrist office in San Diego today willing to pay out of pocket for an appointment and was unable to find an appointment with anyone before May. She left me high and dry during one of the most difficult times of my life. I would not recommend this doctor.
