i am trying to contact Nadine Graven, i need to grab my MEDICAL FILE from her. i called where she used to work at A women's Center in Campbell and the number is not working. please help me find my medical records thank you
hi there what happend to your office i tired calling and nothing i went there and it looks like the whole place is getting remodeling done or did u close it for good. If so how can i get my MEDICAL RECORDS i need them for my doctor
I was in need of a new gyno, and my doctor's office referred me to Dr. Graven. Checking in was fine. Usual paperwork stuff. Front desk staff was fine. Not particularly friendly, but not rude either. Wait was a bit long, both in the waiting room and in the exam room. Finally, the "doctor" came in... who wasn't a doctor at all, and wasn't the person I had scheduled to see. It was a nurse practicioner. Unexpected. I had scheduled a well-woman exam, but also had a specific problem I was also in for. She asked some questions about the problem, made a quick decision about what was going on, gave me a prescription and that was it. I had to schedule to come back for the regular exam. Return visit was also with the NP. She has the warmth of a snow pea. An absolute zero on the warm and fuzzy scale. So after the basic exam, she says I should have an ultrasound and prescribes more meds. she seems to like to prescribe stuff. one was for a problem she says was detected on my blood work. Interestingly, I was sent a printed report from the lab and it wasn't noted as an area of concern. i later had a doctor look at the report and was told i had no such problem, that everything was completely within the normal limits. nothing with the NP left me feeling like i was in good hands. so i never went back for the ultrasound, or anything else. well fast forward a bit to when the bill comes. right in the middle of the list of items i was billed for... an ultrasound. that i never had. so i call up the office to let them know there's a mistake. the girl in billing said she'd have to talk to the doctor because it was on my chart that the procedure was done! huh? how is that even possible? I got a call the next day... I'm thinking to let me know they've fixed the billing issue. Nope, they were calling wanting to get paid. I said that I had called the day prior and spoken to someone about the issue and that I wasn't going to pay for a service I didn't have. "Oh? there's no note of that in your file." a few weeks went by and still no call back from them. eventually they called to let me know it was fixed... because they wanted money on a different bill. thankfully i also had the good sense to contact my insurance company, who got the charge removed for me AND let me know the matter was resolved.
I was having difficulty finding a physician that would take my insurance. I was referred by a friend. The office staff is friendly and efficient. I like Dr. Graven, she's thorough and has a nice bedside manner. She takes the time to figure out the right amount of dosages on supplements and medications for your individual needs. They do not accept cash... that's the only downfall.
I am extremely confused by all of the negative reviews here. I have never felt the need to build relationships with doctors or be choosy with who I go to because previous to now I had a very boring medical record. I came to Dr. Graven by referral and after receiving what I thought was scary news from PAMF. Yes, I waited in the exam room for awhile, but she is worth the wait. I have never felt so comfortable or confident in a doctor. She is patient, kind, and willing to answer all of your questions. I ended up having an outpatient surgical procedure and Dr. Graven is a very skilled doctor. I had next to no pain during my recovery. I plan on being a long time patient of hers until she retires.
Dr. Graven and her staff are giving the kind of personal but professional care that we all should have. She has helped me with my over-50 female issues and employs a combination of vitamins, supplements and medicine to do it. Thank you very much.
Dr Graven is amazing!!! Laparoscopic Hysterectomy Guru... Dr Graven is fabulous in the operating room, I had major surgery and did not have any pain and no pain meds were needed. The next morning less than 24 hours I was at Home Depot with my husband, walking the entire store, lol... If you need a hysterectomy I definitely recommend you visit her. Her office staff is wonderful as well. Maria does a super job and has great follow through. I have never had much wait time in her office, but that is to be expected, as with any medical appointment. Emergencies and more urgent patients can alway arise, it's good to keep in mind that someday you might be that more urgent patient and you'll be thankful that they get you in ahead of routine patients. Many, many thanks to Dr Graven and her entire staff...
Dr. Graven has been my doc for 13 years. She delivered my two daughters, now 12 and 10 and if had any more pregnancies, I wouldn't hesitate to have her do the delivery. She is extremely intelligent and up to date on the latest. I have never been to any other doctor that really cared about my well being. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait (where isn't there?) but I like to think that she isn't just pumping patients in and out and some need a little more time. I know sometimes I required extra time and she never made me feel rushed. Truly amazing. As I go through this next stage in life, perimenopause, she has helped me through and for the first time in a long while, I am feeling so great! I even sleep better. I highly recommend her! As for the front office, they are very responsive and friendly and I have never had any issues.
I find it interesting after perusing the reviews for Dr. Graven and her office, they are either exemplary or deplorable. I have to say I could have written reviews either way as well. I visited this office for several years receiving what I would consider excellent care from Dr. Graven's nurse practitioners and/or PA's during my annual visits. Then when I had an issue requiring me to see Dr. Graven, things went downhill fast. My first visit required an ultrasound which went fine, left with a prescription and a 4-6 week follow-up appointment. Second appointment was to determine whether the medication worked and I expected another ultrasound. That was not the case. Without saying ANYTHING about what she was going to do, the Dr. proceeded to stick instruments into my uterus and fill me with fluid, which she was so inept at they were falling out of me onto the floor. She struggled to the point she had to call in a nurse to help her. The nurse understood what I was going through was VERY uncomfortable and was awesome about talking me through it, still nothing from the Dr. When all was said and done, I got up off the table with fluid and blood running out of me, cramping like I had never experienced, had broken out in a sweat covering my entire body and was nauseous. This went on for 45 minutes. I am a very private person and the only reason I share this is so other women can avoid this type of treatment. There are many excellent OB/GYN's in the Bay Area, don't set yourself up to be victimized here!
I just read what Nadine responded to my review and she said it's hard being a single mom. Well, I wasn't a single mom when I was seeing her! LOL...wow!!!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
