This has happened twice already where I had a scheduled appointment at a certain time and they call too early from my appointment time that I scheduled to attend. I had an appointment at 11:40 and they called at 11:20. I called back right away on the number they gave me and was put on hold for 30 minutes. They finally answered to tell me that I had to reschedule. And on top of that the nurse Kimberly that left me the voicemail put on the records that she tried to reach out to me TWICE. When in reality she only contacted me once. So now I have to wait another week for my appointment. Deeply frustrated and disappointed on their customer service and care.

Been taking my children there for about 5years now the staff and nurses have always been helpful and professional and the physicians are very nice, knowledgeable and answer every question very professional. I recommend this office.

Pediatrics is very helpful when I bring in my children and I have regular check ups. Staff is very friendly.

The pediatricians are profesional and friendly but the wait is too long 3+ hours the last 2/3 times I been here .

Dr. Neelima Doshi was with both of our daughters for a number of years, she very knowledgeable, caring, always diagnosed issues correctly and we felt like she is a friend and a sister.
