Saw Dr. P in Urology. He has been a life saver for My husband. I highly recommend Him!

Dr Macrander is amazing. My kids see her, I see her. But it is basically impossible to get an appointment. I tried calling, it's at least a 25 minute hold, by then I just give up. I tried scheduling online, got an appointment but needed to reschedule due to work. I can't use the online scheduling to change my appointment, says I need to call! But it gives me an option to schedule with other doctors, none of which is Dr Macrander. Wish they could improve the hold time as well as the online scheduling tool. Neither is working. I need to have my annual checkup, am over a month late, can't get a mammogram scheduled, can't get my prescription renewed.

SCAM YOUR MONEY!!!I got charged with $20 in the office, and I recieved a $165 bill later that month. Doctor won't even prescribe the medicine you need... Just try to rob you that's all

I would not recommend this medical group, in the last 6 months, they claimed my wife and child did not have a primary so could not get her 18 month shots. ( they had the medical card with primary noted in it and they waited till the day of the appointment to inform us) we spent a long time trying to fix something that was not broken. Insurance went as far as trying to contact them to put them right, but could not get reach them. They set me up with a same  day appointment for the day before. (Not a time traveller so had no chance to make that appointment) They then charged me for a no show for said appointment. Now I have to spend my work time contacting them as they only work 8-5. Terrible service full of avoidable mistakes.

Their phone system is awful. I have to go to the office to talk to someone.  I'm really disappointed with greybill.

How can it be that it is faster to drive to the office and speak with a professional at the front desk than wait forever on hold? This does not meet my expectations for a professionally managed organization.

Dr Peters and her staff are exceptionally cribg. This includes those at the frontdesks

I called customer service to complain about the long waiting time on the phone.   I was told that they were working on it and couldn't find people to answer the phones for them.  I told them that I would take the job. They declined to hire me. I think they don't want to solve the problem.  They admit that they are losing patients, but they won't hire me to help them. Go figure

It can take 7 days to get a refill. My wife forgot to drop off her paperwork that addresses narcotics abuse. The prescription was ready to refill. My wife takes this medication to function and allow for sleep. Never had an issue previously. We are now 2 days of waiting, no sleep and pain. I go to Scripts and get a refill in 24 hours. How can they let people suffer like this.

Great doctors but unfortunately horrible front desk service and even worse phone service. Communication between staff is horrible, they keep calling me for stuff I already talked to about without staff. They keep losing paperwork and files and have me getting the same papers over and over again. They call my phone over and over again for same issues I already fixed with other people on the phone. Ridiculous the time I spend on hold with these people. Seriously, who has the time for this?
