Their billing dept. is awful. Sent payments that were never credited to me. Didn't try to find them. So, they charged me a 100% late fee. Done

My experience with them has been great. Of course, I had some issues in the beginning with my CPAP because everything was new and I had “learning curves”. The personnel at the Escondido location have been very helpful, any questions I have had were satisfied quickly. I would recommend them HIGHLY!!

I went to have my CPAP fitting at the Escondido office. The entire staff was great from beginning to the end. I was done with my fitting in less than 20 minutes. Lisa was efficient and gave me the knowledge to begin treating my Sleep Apnea with confidence. Thank you Lisa!
