New to the area. Called to see if they accepted new patients. They said it depended on our insurance. I said my husband had Medicare and Anthem Blue Cross. They said they weren’t accepting those insurances. I find this very rude and unprofessional.

It is so wonderful to see the doctors and nurses in the Eureka COMMUNITY Health Center. They are so kind and courteous with the way they do things.

It burned when I peed. They demanded I wait two weeks for lab results before they would treat me.Went to planned parenthood and got antibiotics the same day.Dont go to Eureka Community Health find another option.

So far so good. I have been able to get an appt within a week often within a few days. Excellent care, lab on premises. No complaints.

Nobody there cares about you, period. All they care about is creating more appointments to inflate the buget for next year, and do their little job that they get a paycheck for, and they have nothing to do with you all, so the system is built on "WE DON"T CARE FOR YOU AT ALL...!!!" and you are just another number, which has nothing to do with your health at all...!!!I went to them almost a month ago now complaining of pain, and 2 visits later, I still have nothing, no medication has yet to be prescribed, and I am in so much pain, just the slightest thing will set me off in an explosion of anger and frustration, and they know this, and are torturing me with it...!!!

HORROR SHOW!!!! And I got off almost all opiates using medical marijuana edibles which both they and I were proud of but with legalization price has jumped about 20x which my insurance would cover with a prescription and THEY REFUSE to prescribe because they will lose federal funding yet refuse to give me other pain meds so most of this year I have been rather inactive and in pain but they do not care. IF THEY WERE REAL DOCTORS THEY WOULD WANT TO HELP not worry about financial aid ... STAY AWAY IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER CHOICE.

We used to go to a family practice and they dumped us. We were fortunate to get into the Eureka Community Health Center and they have always treated us well. I guess it was a blessing in disguise that the other place dumped us. We are very happy with Allegra, FNP and the staff. Thank you!
