Mind u im still in the hospital for a head rib and sholder injury from abuse and the nurses are incredibly rude and disrespectful. They are 100% for profit this hospital is not one i recommend going to if u need real medical help because u have a more likely chance of dying then getting help here honestly im thinking of a malpractice suit cuz im not even hooked up to any machines and im hiden away from everyone. Honestly very disappointed in my care

Horrible wait times and service --- to top it off, they messed up my billing. After multiple times of being assured it was settled --- and not hearing from them for months --- I suddenly have a ding on my creditor from a collector, lol.

It is almost 10 pm. I walked into the E.R. For symptoms of a stroke at noon. Still waiting to be seen. Several really sick individuals here and all of us waiting and being treated like crap. One lady is constantly having epeleptic seizures non stop and she's being harassed by one of the triage staff. Literally being yelled at. So unprofessional and so rude. I hope this staff never has to wait in their own E.R. Except I'm sure they will be rushed to be treated. Malpractice much?!

I have had to go in to emergency twice. I am impressed at the skill and professionalism of St Jo Eureka, especially considering the staffing issues that most hospitals have, especially rural ones. Bravo to physicians, nurses and all staff.

Care is ok. Support staff abysmal. Lost lab orders, erroneous Billings, a phone tree that will take you who know where, but certainly not to any live person.

I'm seriously disappointed by this hospital. It's very scary place. They let you almost die in the waiting room. They now own mad river where you could actually get care.

I’m not happy my husband had a stroke and we wanted him to go down to the Bay Area so my dad and sister could advocate for him the nurse did not listen to us what son they get at all I told them 3 times over the phone what we wanted I being his wife should have been heard the nurses could care less about family that had a family member there because of a stroke listen to a persons family and stop just caring about what you guys want I would love to talk to the person that was in charge of my husband care there
