Dr. Pentchev is a.good.doctor, however the front desk is a joke! I too have waited 4 hours! Went for a flu shot and after waiting 40 mins left. Only 3 patients including myself! How long does it take to get a damn flu shot maybe 3 mins.! I'm once again, filing a complaint with my insurance company!

I believe him to be a sincere man. His honestly and straight forwardness may often be taken for rudeness but in my opinion I would rather have a Dr. to be upfront and brutally honest than to sugar coat the lines of a medical condition. If anyone wants a Dr whom will be honest than he is an excellent choice. I also believe his intentions are to help and heal the sick , not to beat around the bush and prolong the inevitable.

There waiting time is very very long staff are very rude I was there on 2016 and staff was great and now most staff are gone will never go back even providers are rude.

I absolutely love Dr. Pentschev. Yes, he is abrasive at times and can be rude but he is the most caring man i have ever met. He is a straightforward type of doctor and is not afraid to hurt someone's feelings if it gets them to get their act together and to take care of their health.
