I've called almost ten times and you guys can't even pick up the phone ? Are you serious?

Is this Fair Oaks location closed for good? I've been calling all afternoon. No answer. Voice mail is full. I've encountered this problem in the past when calling their Howe Avenue, Sacramento location. I arrived today, a Thursday, just after 5:00 pm. Empty parking lot. Inside it's completely dark and no one around. I'm understanding if a business needs to suddenly close temporarily. But, only if their phones and store front reflect this. If you leave me hanging, especially when my health is concerned, it's upsetting. Instead of 1 star, I gave 3. In the past I called this location to find out if I should come here. The physician assistant guided me to where I should go and gave me much more insight. That helped me a lot. Today? Not any help. Wasted my time. Now I not only have to figure out what to do about my health, I can't make good use of my time before I go to my second job. Ugh.

Today we were attended by a great doctor who went above and beyond measure. She is definitely a doctor who cares and we need more of those and she is definitely one of them. Would recommend anyone to come here for any urgent care needs as you will be attended by one of the best doctors.

I would give zero stars, but not an option. Booked my husband's first COVID vaccine. We went to the appointment and were told to wait outside. Waited only to be told they are only doing second vaccine appointments. Received an email stating that after we left. They weren't apologetic and really didn't seem to care at all. Don't go here!!

My name is Scott. I'm 43 years old and I been affected by this pandemic. I no longer have a job or insurance. I was employed by the same company for 12 years and I own my home. I had insurance through Kaiser for the past decade. I could no longer afford my insurance after losing my job. I have been on the same anti depression medicine for over 20 years. I knew at some point I will run out of this medicine and was only taking half of it to make it last longer. When I went to get seen today for my visit, the Doctor would not even speak to me. She put me in a catagory of either being homeless or a drug addict or both. This Doctor did not take the time to read between the lines that I'm just a real person in need of help. I went for help and I got denied for reasons not acceptable. Is this legal ? I'm not sure. It definitely made me realize humanity does not exist at this place. As an essential worker I was lucky to get my Covid vaccine. Lisa was the best shot giver ever. She was calm, quick and I didn't feel a thing!! Thank you!

I had two different appointments to get COVID 19 first vaccination and MDSTAT dropped the ball, first time they ran out of the vaccine after two days, then today, Wednesday, they had not gotten their delivery of the Moderna vaccine when I showed up for my shot at the appointment time - and no phone call advising of this. Two strikes and I'm done with this outfit, unprofessional!!

HORRIBLE. 0 stars if I could. Went in for a possible uti alittle 3 weeks ago did a urine test and a urine culture to be sent off to the lab and the test came back nothing was wrong. Before taking my test I let her know I took medication the night before for the uti in case it had an affect on the test And Jennifer "dr" aka dumb bitch came in the room talking to me about the fact that I had " Phantom pains " and that people my age feel discomfort down there and automatically assume something is wrong and that my body most likely has PTSD from the fact that I had chronic utis a couple years back. What the fuck ?! Also not to mention the culture that got sent off got sent for the wrong thing and the urine expired and they had no plans on letting me know my urine culture came back canceled. 2 weeks go by and I go back for a new culture and waited another week for my results and guess what. POSITIVE FOR A UTI. Jennifer was also very rude on the phone right off the bat today talking about it because she looked and sounded fucking stupid when I brought up the fact that she told me it was phantom pains. This place is a joke. So unprofessional. Both times I've gone in there the staff is extremely unprofessional sitting around on their phones one was even on FaceTime with a friend having a conversation like she was at home. and when working with you they completely slack and act like their bothered your there. Go anywhere else but here.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This office should be closed they are EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I went in to get an sti/std test done and they lost my urine twice. I've called 6 times with a follow up and they don't know what happened to my urine but they won't give me a tracking number for the urine to give to the lab. They were extremely rude over the phone and were of no help. They blamed it on the lab just to get me to stop bugging them. The lab never received my urine and the urgent care can't even provide the lab with a tracking number to see what happened to it. Jennifer was beyond rude on the phone and got mad at me for their screw up. This is the second time they have lost my urine and screwed over my results. Do not come here they can't even do their jobs and they're unprofessional and rude. Do not go here they cannot do their job right and will fuck you over.
