After a number of visits to Dr Lau I continue to be concerned by her very dismissive and busy style. I find her trying too hard to connect personally and failing to connect with her actual work as a physician. I had to remind her twice of my concern areas. This is is not the first time for that and on both occasions she later acknowledged an issue which was somewhat serious. I am sorry I used her again and because I dont trust her Ill be booking another appointment with a different dermatologist. She is one of the few in the East Bay Sutter network who always has an appointment available and I believe I now understand why.

A terrific young doctor who is both an excellent listener and observer. I spent many years working in the medical field and can tell a good doctor within moments of meeting one and Dr. Lau is a very fine physician.
