I called to cancel my order with my glasses and was told they would be sending them “free” instead. I reiterated I would like to cancel the order and was reassured that it would be canceled.Just yesterday I received my glasses in the mail and the charge on my credit card has been reversed $30 for the polycarbonate lens’s (shatter proof). Yet they used my insurance to order these glasses and are not “free” so I am no longer able to order glasses anywhere else with my insurance ! I can only get one pair here due to the price, however if I take my business somewhere else I can get up to 4 glasses for the same price!Feeling completely ripped off !I can’t believe I was told the order was canceled when it wasn’t !Losing my patience with Kaiser from many MANY disappointing experiences here.I passed out on the floor when I was 11 where they now have a rug near pediatrics from a rushed blood draw, I chipped my tooth and they pushed a grievance form on my mother which in turn released their liability!!! When I talked to member services as an adult even THEY were disgusted with what happened ! Can’t believe they treated me like that as a child !!! Filthy and disgusting behavior !Guess who still has a chip in their tooth ?? No liability here, honesty terrifying American healthcare.Pls take care of yourself so you don’t have to come here

Why is there not a testing site for Covid at Kaiser in Fairfield ca ?Why is there no hotline for covid at Kaiser ?Kaiser is my insurance , why is this information not being made available to everyone . I have called Kaiser so many times to schedule a test . . The phone system keeps hanging up on me .

The lady checking for COVID at the entrance was helpful. The security dude that works at the lab entrance is straight up tripping. Lucky for him I’m with my mother and father. Situation wouldn’t be fun for him if it wasn’t for that fact. Hospital should consider an actual admin to facilitate the lab line. Security is just not qualified to deal with it.

Kaiser refuses to enroll patients who have Medi-Cal unless you were already a member so us new comers too medi-cal are stuck with the county clinics whom barley has any doctors to treat patients. We get stuck with unqualified inexperienced nurses and physician assistant to provide care. Thanks for the discrimination against the poor Kaiser. You guys rock NOT!!!!!!!

I need to take my daughter in. There was no line or anybody in front of us at the pediatrics office. I also saw a familiar face of the nurse who let us in. He is an old friend that I went to grade school with amazing that he stayed local like me. The doctor and her student assistant was very attentive to my daughter as she is in her talkative ages.

I am Latin American and have never experience such racism from a registering nurse at pediatrics. I was speaking clear English giving her my information and she really tried mimick a "latin" response and asked if I needed an interpreter laughing! The woman standing behind said I can understand everything clearly. So the nurse took the hint she wasn't assuming anyone. We proceeded on. Never hope to see her again.Tried the advise nurse line another night same rudeness from the nurse my Gosh what's wrong in this facility. There is difference between being desensitize and unhappy. Pick one cant be both working in an industry to help people. My goodness.

Good pharmacy and women’s health department.In general if you have a non-routine concern you will likely be brushed off. You must be your own advocate at this facility if you want to have a say in your own health care otherwise you concerns will be disregarded. I’ve left feeling worse than when I came in a few times.
