I made an appointment at the Fairfield facility and received three email confirmations of the time/place. When I arrived, the place was dark and the door was locked. After the phone rang about 30 times, a representative answered and informed me that the facility is no longer in operation. Why would the system allow me to make an appointment and send me multiple confirmations if the facility is closed?

Had a great experience. Was in and out in less than 20 min. No provider, so it would be best to call before you go.

I scheduled an in-person visit and received three email confirmations of the appointment time/place. When I arrived, the place was dark and locked. I called the number listed in the confirmations, and the phone rang about 35 times before a receptionist finally answered and informed me that the facility is no longer in operation. If the facility is closed, why are appointments being scheduled (and confirmed)? What a huge waste of time that could've been spent getting an actual appointment somewhere!

Booked an appointment, got the confirmation and no one was there to open the door. Walk in available, yet no one was there. Knocked a bunch and waited and nothing. We came for my baby, terrible urgent care

This is not an urgent care but a bonafide Covid testing clinic. There's been no on-site doctor for at least 4 months. If you need to see a doctor the only option is a virtual visit which for the purposes of my visit wasn't appropriate- I needed an actual assessment. Was told that after a virtual visit IF you needed testing or further assessment they would make an appointment for an on-site doctor. Here's the kicker- the closest one was Rocklin. So in the interest of not getting yet progressively worse my only option was to go to the ER. It was a waste of my time and a waste of my gas. Only nice thing to say was the receptionist was nice and understanding with cancelling my "Covid test". For the record I scheduled my appointment online for an in-person visit at their website and was not informed of these things until I showed up for said "in-person" appointment.
