I have been at Medmark for 3 years and it has literally saved my LIFE! All of the staff are extremely friendly and caring. They have been there every step of the way. If you have an addiction problem and you need help, go to Medmark!
Changed my life completely. I can’t express how much this has helped me . If you want help or need help please try this out and give yourself a chance… we all deserve a chance. Even if you don’t think you deserve it… I promise you that you do . Stuck to the program and have hope. If I can do it, you can too… God loves us no matter how lost we are . If you feel your not worth it just remember. He loves you unconditionally… absolutely unconditional love 💕 #youareworthit
Saved my life
This is the only clinic I have ever used so not sure what to compare it too. early on, I would have rated lower but now I have a more stable counselor (my original one was always calling in sick or rescheduling... I think she had issues of her own going on!) since she left I have found a good, stable counselor who follows thru on what she says she will do. The clinic could staff 2 nurses all the time since that would be my only complaint. (especially now with covid- waiting outside is terrible!). i like how they help guide you to a good dose of medicine but you have a large say.Raj helped address an issue for me recently that I really appreciated, they have rules they are required to follow but are willing to work within these constraints as much as possible.if you need medication based assistance, I would recommend going here.
Very hard to work and keep up with the meetings and rescheduling. All good employees with positive attitudes and welcoming hearts with no judgements. Compared to Antioch it is heavenly. The staff deserves 5 stars
came in on a weekend jaime working the front was very helpful and informative and lead me to schedule appointment to get the help i need. security josh? helped me to find building also very different layout.
Heavenly place and even though angel is new, she is making strides towards excellent patient care.hi Angel hope ur happy when u see this!
Ive been a client at 4 different clinics, 2 of them were Medmarks (This one and Vallejo), I have also been a client at the San Francisco TL Clinic, and currently I dose once a week w/6 take homes Santa Rosa's SRTP (Santa Rosa Treatment Program). The counslers here are decent. There use to be a guy george, he has been there for ever and he is the coolest councler there, I also had Mindy for almost a year and she was Sweet as F, once I had a dude named Rick and he would get on controll trips sometimes, but its w/e he wasn't too bad. The cousolers here I would rate at 4 stars. The reason I gave this place 3 stars is becuase they will only raise you to 90mg-100mg. At my current clinic I am at 160mg. This clinic also tells you that you are not allowed to tell others what you dose at, which is an obvious villation of your first amendment. All clinics make money off of people being medically dependant on Methadone, but when a clinic doesn't dose patients high enought you get a clinic full of grumpy upset people. Most people that are unhappy at this clinic, are mainly just unhappy with where there dose is at. Honestly, for a heroine addict like me at 6'3" 230lbs, I need a dose well over a 100 to stay well. You can get around this by dosing at another clinic, and returning to medmark in a couple months when the other clinic raises your dose. When you intake at medmark they wont lower your dose when coming from another clinic and thats the loophole. I am at 160mg and will forever be at 160mg whereever I dose though some places require an EKG to start dosing at a 100mg+ dose. The other thing this place gets a 1 star rating on is the counselor appointments. This was my first ever clinic and when I went here I found out quick that missing a meeting with a counselor or being late for was is a fast way to piss the entirity of Medmark off. They are way to strict on appointment times. The 2 clinics that wernt medmark I have dosed at plus several others I have curtisied at hold you to a certain day you have to meet. If you come in that day and your counselor is busy, most clinics will ask you to a wait 10-15 mins, or comeback another day. This place wants you to be on time by the minute, every week, week after week. They also make you sit the whole hour. Honestly its Lame As F, no other clinic ive been to is this strict about meeting with counselors. This place does get a 5 star though, for one aspect. They are under federal regulations and will split dose. You can get a week of take homes in 6-months time, where as state regulated clinics (the majority of clinics) it takes 2 years to get to a step 6. This place will give you up to a month take homes, and state regulations cut patients off at 1 week. So deffinatley 5 stars for that, however I would rather go 3 times a week to get dosed at 160mg, than once a week to get dosed at 92mg. When I left medmark to move to Santa Rosa Treatment program, SRTP nearly double my dose once I got there. So fk med mark for that.
Love and appreciate this place 💗
I used to come down here with my parents everday, the staff are really nice, and it is a safe place for children.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
