Dr Krier's explanations were clear and easy to understand. He was very thorough checking several possibilities in addition to his preliminary diagnosis. He resolved the problem and eliminated several other possible problems. The results were very reassuring and addressed concerns that I had not thought of. He and his team were very professional and caring.

Dr. Krier and his staff were friendly, thoughtful, caring and very professional. They were able to answer all my questions and explain my procedures in such a way to both help me understand what was going to happen and put me at ease. The daily check-in from his office provide detailed and comprehensive information pre/post-surgery. I hope I NEVER have to go through this again, but if I did, Dr Krier and his staff would be my first and only choice.

I believe in order to get the best and proper treatment you need to have a good Doctor. Dr.Krier and his team truly care about their patients. Not have they helped me with my IBD problems but they’ve helped me with other health issues not related. He is not a good Doctor but a great Doctor and if he doesn’t have the answer for you he is humble enough to find some one who does. If you have GI issues I hope you’re fortunate enough to have Dr.Krier and his staff to treat you.

I feel that Dr. Krier at NorthBay Healthcare, truly cares for all his patients. From the time my husband & I are scheduled for our screenings for colon cancer, and afterwards we are checked on daily.

I could not recommend this Dr. He really cares about his patients. Takes time and really follows through. I have had GI problems for years and finally have some hope for help.

Dr. Krier is a really great physician. I knew him from his Air Force assignment at David Grant Medical Center, and was delighted when he showed up, in-person, when I was hospitalized in 2020. Any doctor who shows up, on a week-end, to attend to a former military patient gets top marks in my book.

I can report that Dr. Krier performed the most comfortable and thorough upper and lower scopes of the five procedures I had undergone with other medical systems. Now in my late 70's, I found our pre-procedure discussion the most insightful. I could see that he was concerned about my welfare and comfort. I credit the detail of his preparation for the comfort and amazing short recovery I experienced. IMPORTANTLY, I believe that he was able to complete the full range of the examination for the first time. I offer my highest recommendation to any patients seeking a skilled and empathetic gastroenterologist.
