List of Northbay Center For Primary Care - Fairfield's Reviews
Very disappointing with the service I got this morning trying to get a blood test that my doctor ordered and was told to go to quest and quest is only take appointments and they told Northbay that I just don’t feel like I was treated fairly because I’m a self-pay what do you want to milk insurance companies you don’t care about the people that are private pay and have medical problems too I’ll never come back to the facility if I have a choice
We love our pediatrician, but the receptionist take forever to do a check in its really annoying.
I joined NorthBay this year after many years at Kaiser. Although Kaiser is not perfect, they are far superior to NorthBay. I fear going into detail to my experience's with both the medical and accounting side as I'm certain I'll be treated much more poorly than I am. The only comment I'll make now is they are poorly run at all levels. As soon as I'm allowed, I will be back at Kaiser as I believe my health care at North Bay is sub-standard and at jeopardy at all levels. And to the bot who will comment to this post asking me to contact them , before writing this review I tried to contact you regarding my concerns with North Bay and never received a reply to my email or call. So please don't try and make yourself look good as you're as bad as it gets.**UPDATE So the Bot decided to give their standard reply to save face. What the Bot doesn't know (or care) is that I already tried that "patient Advocate" option with no luck. 3 calls were made and beside lots of "I'm Sorry and someone will call back within 48 hours" after 4 weeks no returned call, how much longer is one expected to wait? So let me apologize to Northbay, I'm just not used to such shoddy medical services. It seems Northbay is run by a bunch of amateurs.
They do drug screening on a walk-in and appointment basis. If you have an appointment, you still have to wait your turn with walk-in's. So....why bother offering appointments. Makes ZERO sense.
I waited over a month for them to call and cancel my appointment an hour before. Then try and reschedule me a month later🤣
I had appointment with Dr. Rehmam. After second appointment I was very impressed with the the way he spent time with me and explained in detail about the issue and examination including the test results that everything is fine and no reason to be concerned. He was very respectful and obvious he really care for his patients.
All of Doctors and personal are very caring and friendly especially Dr.Freeman as my primary care Dr. and Dr.Patel as my Retinal eye specialist. They truly care for their patients. Thanks to all of you.M Soltani
The staff is very helpful and really do try to help .
My family members and I have had great experiences at Northbay. My primary care practitioner, Dr.Nguyen is very friendly and thorough. I feel safe and valued as a patient- I know I will get the care that I need. Dr. Nguyen also ensures that all of my questions are fully answered and she does her absolute best at helping me to understand the treatment and care that she provides. I've also had good experiences with the billing department. Katherine, the manager in financial services, was very kind and friendly when I called to ask a few billing questions. She took her time and went through all the information I provided and she answered my questions thoroughly. So far, my experience as a patient at Northbay has been great!
Love it grandsons Dr. Is awesome

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
