Very caring medical staff

I'm highly disappointed in the care and concern i didn't receive. My old doctor ( Dr. Patel) unfortunately moved to another state, he was one of the best caring doctors. Lately I've been in extreme pain and was set up an appointment with Dr. Hong, she has been the worse doctor i have ever come across. She didn't show any compassion and didn't even exam the pain I'm in. She kept rolling her eyes and brushing off my concerns about my pain. Doctors like her makes me lose faith in the healthcare system.

I have been with this group the longest that ive ever had anyone treat my kids Since 2013 after my daughter sophia was born and we where thankfully referred by our cardiologist at the time Dr Bose to Dr Chang! and as of today dr chang is all 5 of my kids primary care provider. He knows the kids and everytime something comes up they always get us in or they relay the message and dr chang calls back and just even if its to give me peace of mind that we dont need to take the girls to the ER he is always been there for my 5 kidoz We love all the front Desk Staff Especially Our Nurse Sylvia Dr Chang of course as welll as Dr Miller who treats Alondra and Junior. Always had nothing but excellent service and experience with everyone in this practice! even in the small amount of times i didnt get the kids in with dr chang but with one of the other doctors that we never seen they even made sure they helped us urgently and attempted to get the answer to the fullest of what was going on with my daughter and even followed up on us several days later to make sure Sophia was doing great and nothing else came up in regards to her eye :) im truly happy at this practice and words can never express how greatful not only but my kids are to have such a great relationship to the point the kids dont cry when they know they are heading to dr changs office even if it means its time for thier shots or labs Thank you all your amazin

I came here with a broken leg for cast removal check, and was turned away saying I needed to go to an Orthopedic DR surgeon but I made an appointment over the phone and clearly stated what it was for. It's their own fault for not listening the first time. What an absolute waste of my time driving, going to the 2nd floor, than having to find a different doc somewhere else. They seem pretty distracted with their own bee-ess behind the desk there. and seem racist with zero white people working there, maybe they racist towards me?

No need to be snappy and curt with me when I say my appointment was too short. Needs to be more respectful and empathetic. Very rude. Sad this is the only place I can go without waiting a month. They have a lot of next day appointments perhaps this is why.

I am a new patient with Dr. Patel and his Medical Assistant, Abigail. They were so accommodating and met all my needs. I had an extremely pleasant visit and follow up with them. The entire staff during my visit, telephone interactions and even with the use of their online portal system was flawless. Thank you NorthBay!

Worse clinic I have dealt with!!!  The clinic is nice and clean and got me a quick appointment but boy was I in for a rude awakening. I went in to see doctor Patel and he didn't want to give me time off but ended up giving me 2 wks off.  Then, I had the such a hard time getting my FMLA forms filled out by this clinic!!  I faxed them on a Sunday night with confirmation of delivery.  I called the office all week starting Tuesday and they claim they never received them so I refaxed them on Wednesday but somehow they didn't receive them until Thursday that week, mind you I've been calling all week speaking with different people promising me a call back.  Here today is Thursday of the following week and I've yet to have my forms filled out.  Spoke to a supervisor who seemed very empathetic about my situation and also promised to get to the bottom of this since I had been calling for 2 weeks now and he would personally call me back. I also asked him if they wait until the 10th business day to fill out forms.  He explained how "they receive A LOT of these forms and they just want to make sure they are filled out properly."  Again no one called me back.I work in a busy hospital myself and we still manage to get these forms filled out daily!!!  I can't believe I'm due to return back to work already and still don't have my FMLA forms filled out by this incompetent group.

I've been going to this dr office for most of my teen life and adult life. Dr. Hong isn't the best doctor because even if you come there to get treatment for sickness , make sure you are not pregnant cause she will say verbatim " i don't treat OB patients " when you are not even there OB related and there for acute bronchitis ( which the ER figured out for me )

After we moved to Fairfield, we needed to change our primary doctor. Northbay center is great at making appointments, new facility and very professional doctors and staff. We are glad that we chose them.

Had an appointment today they got verified on the first of the month when into my appointment where I was told that somebody in the office had unenrolled me and did not want to see me today I explained to them that I’ve been waiting for this appointment for six weeks I need to know who enrolled me they asked me to sit down while they figure out what’s going on while I was sitting down a few minutes pass by and the local police came I asked local police what’s going on they had asked me for my ID I explain to them that I have not committed a crime or plan to commit a crime I do not need to give you my ID so the people on the counter including Dr. Hong we’re more than happy to give the police department my name address telephone number and reason of my Visit so I was asked to leave and left I just want to say this place is the most racist Doctors office I have ever experienced I was unenrolled due to my ethnicity and my name don’t ever come here for all your users and reviews and Google review were’s stay away from this place with a 10 foot pole they don’t know how to speak with respect or update anybody with anything they have going on it’s almost impossible to get a hold of a doctor even if your medicine is acting up never go to this center or any other Northbay facility
