Ole Health East Fairfield's Online Review Report Card

This place is no good. Ole health facilities are always short staffed and they never ever answer their phones. It’s 2-3 month wait for an appointment and when you do get that appointment they have you waiting over an hour to see the doctor or np There’s only a few doctors at this location and they are students so they don’t know much. I don’t know why California won’t implement UHC(universal healthcare) so us working poor people aren’t stuck going to these county/city ran health facilities. It’s simply not fair.

Professional attendance.

Clinic ole is a very great clinic.I injured neck in an automobile accident.They helped forward me to a doctor who would help treat my pain & condition.Thank you for all you do!!!

I’m currently sitting in a room waiting to be seen. It’s been an hour. This has happened at both Napa locations. I beyond hate this place. I don’t understand why I have to wait so long.

This place is absolutely horrible! It is no better than a cattle yard. There are only PAs (physician assistants) not real doctors here seeing patients. I have had multiple bad experiences here. One time the told me I had cancer and to go home and be with my family...turns out it wasn't cancer. Another time I had my doctor sit there for over thirty minutes with her hand covering her face as I tried unsuccessfully to communicate with her. On another visit I asked about having a metal implant checked on because there is a recall on the devices and they have been known to fail and kill people. The doctor told me "I really don't think it is a problem" and refused to address the situation. So in conclusion: if you have a basic cold or something you should be ok but for anything more serious you might want to look for a more qualified clinic.This place constantly messes up tests. They never follow up. They don't even chart information properly.

I have been coming to 3 sites of OLE HEALTH Medical Services in Napa for 7 years. I give the doctors 5+ stars, no question. The General Medicine doctors have made 6 specialty referrals because they LISTENED to me; And that has vastly improved my life. Dietitian was also 5+ stars. Nurses and etc are easily 4.5 stars. If I go to OLE Health in person, the office people at computer are quick. Since Covid-19 I have also had telephone, and tele-video doctor visits that were as excellent as in-person. Twice I have included my spouse in my doctor visits and they were included and respected. I have not used the Nurses advice line or the Dental Services. I recommend signing up to the Portal/App to understand your medical status, receive messages, review information and test results, and MOST important to easily message your doctor.If I am CALLING INTO the office for any reason, I use the automated call-back option. This makes it so I can enter my telephone number in a queue to be called back a.s.a.p. without waiting forever on hold, for a call of any reason. If you wait on hold, you will get very impatient and it doesn't get you help any sooner. The ONLY reason to WAIT ON HOLD is if you are calling at 7 a.m. for an emergency same day appointment. These are very limited.

I have a broken shoulder and was refused anything for pain. Horrible place, I have to tell the Dr's where I need to go. They take NO time or interest in my health and well being. I wouldn't bring my worst enemy here.

I have been a patient at Clinic Ole, for over 10 years. The early years were a real pain! But, over the years, I have been treated really well! Especially, when I had Dr. Douglas Wilson, as my primary care physician, you could not ask for a better caring physician, that took the time to get to know you and treated me in a very professional and understanding manner!! My current physician is Angela Carreon, who also is an excellent primary care physician, who like Dr. Wilson takes the time to listen to my current condition and treats me in a very professional, kind, understanding manner!! I am extremely grateful for the care that they have provided me, over the years!!
