List of Ole Health West Fairfield's Reviews
This place in no good. Short staffed, Staff never answers phones and the few doctors they have onsite are students so they don’t know very much.
I am over a year late on this review, but Robin McIntyre saved my life. Even when my symptoms were small and difficult to diagnose, even when all the tests came back negative, she continued to push for more answers and never told me it was all in my head, or some kind of anxiety disorder as I feared she might. It is because of her that I finally received a diagnoses and can manage my life again. Truly a capable doctor who actually cares.I can't speak for the facility or any other staff, but Robin is an amazing doctor, and I was so lucky to have her when I was at my worst.
Dr booth and his assistant are the very best caring professional medical staff I ever dealt with , very caring and warm staff you feel they care for you and very sincere .
If you can get past or have as little communication as possible with the administration team, this facility may work for you. In the short 2 months I have been a patient at this health facility, I am completely drained by the amount of disrespect, unprofessionalism, and improper follow through I have experienced. It is really unfortunate.
Felt pretty judged by the Dr. and didn't have what I would consider a care for my health or well being. I don't know why you would practice medicine and not care about people. Perception is everything. If you are a doctor, maybe consider showing care and less critical judgement of the patient. Also extremely difficult to communicate through a call back automated system with very few appointments available. I generally only need to see the doctor maybe once a year, and it felt super challenging to get someone on the phone. I had to drive to the clinic to speak to someone. Need to rethink that process. Show more care and make it easier to make appointments. Urgent care clinics do this better. You're welcome for the feedback
DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE AS A HEALTH CARE PROVIDER. If I could give this place no stars I would. This is by far the worst health organization I've ever been to. Before you leave a review they want to use covid as an excuse, but none of my problems had to do with covid. The problems this place has is from the top down. They never put your prescriptions in on time, they don't put your referrals in on time. The last issue with this horrible organization is my orthopedic doctors office sent them a referral to send to Partnership on Feb 25th. It was not sent over. So they sent it again on March 8th. Still no word. I'm sitting in waiting room now and a lady came in wanting to make an appointment and the rude assistant at the from told her we don't schedule appointments here you have to call on the phone. I was shocked. She rudely told her we only have one call center for 7 clinics. I'm sorry, I didn't know that was the clients fault? After dealing with my issue, because I'm not leaving until I get my situation squared away, I was given an appointment. Hmmmmm I thought they don't schedule appointments here. I thought you had to call on the phone for that. Whatever you do. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE AS A HEALTHCARE PROVIDER! If you did deep, this place is a non profit organization. It has a Board of Directors. [Trustees]If you're having problems with this place, take it to the Board of Directors [Trustees]. Not a manager or supervisor.
Pésima atención en especial por parte de la Doctora Lulú García tiene una actitud déspota, te agenda cita y al llegar a la clínica no te atiende.
Denise Pinon, should not have a doctors license. Unprofessional(attitude and attire, pants had holes in them, looked like she crawled out of bed from under a bridge) cold, Unknowledgeable about medicine. When she tried to take me off my anxiety medication she completely misdiagnosed me. The mental and physical pain I endured while “weaning off” was scary not just for me but for my wife and my co-workers who all noticed a huge change in me. I was becoming very irrational and felt like I was losing a grip on reality. The psychologist was blown away at how WRONG she was weaning me off and how DANGEROUS it was for me to not be weaned off correctly. The psychologist apologized more times than Dr. Piñon did, which was not once! Dr Piñon could have done some SERIOUS mental damage to me. She was combative over the phone while I explained to her that what I was feeling was wrong and I was scared, she acted like she knew what she was doing. should not be taking patients off Medicine without fully knowing and understanding the effects or how to PROPERLY do so. No accountability. End the end she told me she would continue to see me but not for my anxiety medication, I would need to see a specialist because she admitted that she didn’t know everything about it. (So why act like you do?) I should have sued her for malpractice, but my brain wasn’t working correctly at the time..maybe it’s not to late?
Normally I don't give bad reviews because thats just not my character but I feel this Physicians office derserves it for what they put me and my family through. I understand that we all are trying to battle something whether it is CoVid or not. Let me just start by saying that when I had made an appointment for my daughter to be seen they first did a phone call visit. Then the Dr. wanted to schedule us for an in person Dr. visit so my daughter could get the full examination. We ended up having to reschedule not onece but two times for the my daughter to get seen. I've never been so disrespected in my life. We walk in and then they tell me I can't go in with my daughter because I have my other daughter with me. Okaayyy!!! understandable right, well a Mother and her two kids went inside with out being told anything. Already my flames are fuming. I was not informed over the phone that I could not bring another person. "I would have set up a baby sitter" Ya, know. So as I'm waiting for my daughter to finish I let the front desk lady know that I wanted to speak to the Dr. when they finish. When my daughter comes out, the front desk lady said "oh did you need something else"... SMDH! I said yeah!!!! She said to me " oh they told me you didn't want to talk to the Dr." I said "I don't know who told you that lie, so I need to speak to the Dr. The Dr. that saw my daughter never came to my attention, only the nurses. How am I able to go back with both of my daughters now but not in the beginning??? This didn't feel right, I was rudely disrespected by one of the nurses because she was like "oh, what did you need to ask the Dr.?" I of course told her and then I proceeded to ask why I wasn't able to come back in the first place and she told me because, "your daughters old enough to speak to the Dr. alone" " she's at that age and parents don't have to be in the room" WTF...... I've never heard this in my life...mind you she's 13. Already not comfortable with the way she worded that. I was so uncomfortable to begin with being that the Dr. was a male and I wasn't informed of this. Needless to say most of the staff and nurses were rude and I didn't feel welcomed at all. I WON'T be going back!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
