I’ve seen Dr Ali many times for my TBI. I even went so far to write a great review. Sadly, I was wrong. I contacted her office today because I just lost my taste. Her staff could not be any more rude. They told me there is nothing that she can do and for me to call my primary care. I canceled my next appointment and will never return to office again. People should not work in an industry that requires compassion and understanding if they want to treat people so rudely.

Great Doctor! She was very thorough and compassionate. I have seen many specialists for my headaches and they never got better, but ever since I had an appointment with Dr. Ali my headaches are getting better.

I would give ZERO stars, but that's not an option. My mom had been having some memory issues and a few hallucinations, and after a visit with her primary doc at Northbay Medical Center she referred us to Dr Ruby Ali.After an MRI, and based on Dr. Ruby Ali's clinical diagnosis she thought the diagnosis pointed to Lewy body Dementia or Parkinson's Dementia. She had absolutely ZERO bedside manner in delivering this news to mom and I, she then proceeded to prescribe 3 different drugs and then said see how you do on these drugs and come back in 6 months.Mom got progressively worse and passed 6 months later. She was VERY progressed in her dementia, which we had no idea about, and with that type of dementia had a life span of 5-7 yrs.Dr. Ruby Ali NEVER told us how progressed in her disease she was, nor what to expect, how to prepare, offered any advice, NOTHING. Just a drug prescription and sent us on our way.AVOID DR. RUBY ALI IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LOVED ONES.

Misgendered me multiple times, blamed my symptoms on the hormones I'm taking for transition, picked a different cause for my unimproved symptoms every time I visited. Do not recommend.

Misgendered me several times, blamed my symptoms on HRT. Always too busy to listen. Reasons for my symptoms changed with every visit. Strung me along without offering any treatments or therapies. Acted like it was all my fault. Do not recommend.
