I arrived prior to Sutter opening. One of the nurses opened up a few minutes early. We were asked to filled out a form and my wait was very short. Everyone was so nice and helpful; the front desk, the nurse and doctor. I had to take a couple of tests and told I would be called with the results in 30 minutes. I received the call and with good news! I also called back a couple of times regarding the medications and got answers right away. Thanks, Sutter Urgent Care

The care I received was stellar. I was checked into a room within five minutes and saw a knowledgeable and experienced doctor within 10 minutes. He prescribed medications and ordered x-rays which I received within five minutes. I was sent home to receive results via MyHealth Online which were available in less than an hour. Best urgent care experience ever!

The staff was amazing! The only thing that was a drag was waiting for 2.5 hours but I was told before registration it would be a long wait. I recommend this place and will go back if needed.

Three hour wait from start to finish. A lot of people were checking in and then just going to Vacaville urgent care to get seen faster. May have been a good idea. AND, when I was finally seen, it was from a PA, and not an MD. Next time will just, dare I say, go the Martinez VA.
