They were all very friendly and professional, and Dr. Tutson made sure to give me her full attention and understanding of my concerns. Very poor service. Usually messed up on sending the links for the video call. In the last meeting that didn't happen, there was no link posted in the patient portal; the office staff said I was late--after I had texted them twice to send the link--and billed me for a missed appointment fee. Google her name. You'll see she has issues with keeping appointments.

Terrible. Office staff doesn't send links to the Zoom sessions and then blames the patient for not being on time when the link was missing and charges a missed appointment fee. Rushed, careless, spends 10 minutes with you, doesn't remember follow ups and has to be prodded to refill meds. Just yuck.

Has not lost her sense of compassion. Thourough assessments, accurate diagnosis',provides appropriate feedback; goes the 'extra' mile (within legal limits) where necessary; care delivery is 'client focused'--client subjective concerns/issues are highly regarded and significantly considered in treatment plan of care.
