I spend a lot of time reviewing & selecting Specialists that will be part of MY Healthcare Team. I have access to the UC Med Ctr, Sacramento, Stanford Med Ctr & NorthBay. Each has some of the best and brightest Specialists available in NorCal. I've had 3 hernias for a few years. However, a Groin Hernia began bulging and had to be held in place. One of the doctors I considered was Dr. William Fulton. His experience as a military trauma & robotic surgeon put him at the top of my list. When I talked with him he was "real" & concerned for the BEST welfare of his patients. Selecting him was easy. The Di Vinci Robotic surgery went well. Having had several surgeries including a HoLEP Prostate surgery in May. I know what makes good support teams too, from PreOp to Surgery Prep, to Anesthesia to Surgery Team & Recovery. The Teams supporting Dr. Fulton are some of the Best Professionals I have seen. Yes, I'm rating Dr. Fulton, but those he trusts must be considered. Dr. Fulton is a "Stong" 5.

He was professional, listened to me,explained everything thoroughly,answered all my questions. Followed up with me after surgery with the same kind of care. Before I was able to have surgery, Dr. Fulton went out of his way, reaching out to have a person contact me from NorthBay to resolve a hospital insurance issue which made surgery possible. Not his job to do so, not his department and I greatly appreciate it. He and his staff are exceptional,Thorough and kind.

Dr. Fulton is an amazing Dr. He took so much time explaining everything to me. He made sure I understood what he was doing and never once rushed our conversations he is a caring and excellent Dr. I would highly recommend Dr. Fulton and I just want to thank him and his staff and all the staff at North Bay hospital
